I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and I was worried about getting loose skin on my belly, arms and inner thighs because people in my support groups all mentioned that. I instantly started researching skin firming creams/lotions/gels and came across Belly Firming by Silkdermis. After comparing it to other brands I decided to try it. I’m so glad I did! It smells amazing, it feels like lotion and its not sticky or greasy which is important because I use it in the morning before getting ready for work and can get dressed right after putting it on. And a little goes a long way! One of the best things I love about Belly Firming cream is that I can feel it working. When they say feel the burn they mean it. But not in a bad way like OMG it hurts. It doesn’t. But you can feel the warmth when it kicks in. I’ve been using it now for about a week and I do see a difference. Not a huge difference but I feel like that’s my fault. The directions do say to use it twice a day, however, I have not been very good about applying it at night before bed but I did just start that last night. I feel like if my problem areas look this good once a day I can’t wait to see what they will look like using it twice a day as instructed. I love it and highly recommend you try it!

I'm on a weight loss journey and I bought this to help tighten certain areas and help with the appearance of some stretch marks and cellulite.I used as directed, twice daily, for the first week. I noticed results, though subtle, but I'm just beginning to lose weight so perhaps that's the reason. My stretch marks have definitely decreased in size, have gotten lighter and I've noticed a reduced amount of cellulite.A little goes a bit of a long way, though I was almost finished with one bottle after one week of twice daily use. I used it on my thighs, belly, hips, and upper arms. I suppose how long it will last depends on the area you use it on.I like the smell and it isn't strong. It does get a little hot the first 2-3 times you use it, but in my experience, that feeling decreased with use.I bought myself another bottle to use as I continue losing weight because I'm already very satisfied with the results I've had using this cream.

This cream works excellent as far as firming/tightening the skin….. however, it was not for me. Every time I applied this it burned like hell and turned my skin red and I would have to rinse it off in cool water. Definitely patch test before applying and don’t use after hot shower.

This stuff left me with a horrible skin burn/rash on my abdomen and in particular the areas in and around my bellybutton & fupa (lol)-all around my cesarean scar.The fist time I used it after a shower and while in a hurry, and it wasn't nearly as bad as the 2nd time using it, yet still stung. I used my wet towel to wipe off what I could.I tried it for the 2nd time and it burned so bad->instantly & immediately turned my skin red & my skin was noticably inflamed. The burning/stinging from this product can oy be described as what a chemical burn feels like on your skin. It felt like my skin was burning off.It happened so instantaneously when applying it, and hurt so bad to the point of tears and profanity. I ran to get a cold, drenched washcloth and continued trying to get it off of my skin, switching to a new washcloth 3x. I had to keep a wet, cold towel on my abdomen constantly for the next hour, otherwise my skin felt like it was literally burning off again and could visibly could see my skin getting more inflamed and red right when the cloth was removed to get a new one wet and cold.This left me with a horrible rash on my abdomen which is finally nearly healed 2 weeks after applying this 2nd application.I purchased this because it had mostly great ratings and reviews. I regret this purchase fully!!! If anyone wants my bottle, it's basically still full, just use with caution. Ive debated just throwing it in the trash, but maybe someone who has used this before could utilize the bottle of cream. If so, take it please. I don't want this and it's just collecting dust on my shelf now at this point.100/10, I DON'T recommend this product to anyone looking for what this product is marketed for.
