Love this steamer tank is easy to fill, wheels make easy to move it around, slide button for steam is great then to have a button for auto on top is awesome I can control how I want it and control how strong steam with mild or max dial , hose comes off for storage which is great, heat up kind of fast, the only thing don't like is how cord wraps up the attachment for cord is not quite big enough for the cord that's only bad so far but haven't used it on heavy duty things yet .

Great price been using it for about 2 weeks plenty of steam what I like is that u can add water without waiting so you can continue working have use it on lawn mower , truck mats, general cleaning in my shop works great and the attachments are great and NOT push on there twist locks stay on large water tank I have filled it for each use and never run out last a good amount of time for sure .long cord and steamer hose heats water when 1st start in less the 3 min. delivered fast would recommend this product

Unfortunately I have not been able to use the steamer. I'm not absolutely sure that it's not my fault because I spoke with customer service and they asked me to do a video and send it to them but unfortunately my camera is not working at this time. So as soon as I can get a video over to them I will do that and I will update and let you know who's fault it was and how I was taking care of. It seems to be a pretty nice little steamer if it worked. There's quite a few attachments and I like the fact that it has wheels on it so you can just roll it behind you as you go along. I bought it to eliminate a serious ear might problem that the apartment that we moved into obviously had before we got there. As soon as we moved in all of my cats got a really bad case of eamites and unfortunately I haven't been able to eliminate them. I am hoping to get the steamer resolved as soon as possible or I just might have to buy another one in the meantime. We have a lot of rabbits in our area and I guess they are big carriers of ear mites. I am pretty sure the people who live here before had a rabbit up here as a pet because I found pellets all over the place.

This was my mother's birthday present and she absolutely love it's. Well made. Sturdy, and efficient. Would buy again 10/10

Highly recommend it! I purchased this to clean my apartment and it has been extremely useful and efficient. The steamer heats up relatively quick and last 2.5 hours of cleaning.
