Amazing
OK, I'm not a chemist, I don't understand how one salt can have 68% less sodium than another but this product is pretty darn incredible. Tastes great yet I get 68% less sodium over other salts.I converted from Morton's Lite Salt (50% less sodium) this this item (68% less sodium). A win for me.

Strong salty taste
Tastes like salt, very strong. Use basically half as much as you would salt.

The taste is good and it does help with less sodium. I love salt more than I do sugar any day so this was well needed for me.

Not a true 1:1 replacement for regular table salt, but I still think is the better option of the 2
Definitely not as potent as pure salt, so you find yourself using more of this than you would a normal table salt. Especially when dry brining beef, this works similar to salt, but seems to require way more of it.On the whole, if it keeps the potassium to salt ratios in check, i still think this is better to use than normal table salt

Surprisingly tastes good
I ordered this because of the reduced sodium. I was a little concerned when it arrived because it had a label stuck on it listing potassium chloride as an ingredient, which was not shown in the listing when I ordered it. Ive had salt substututes in the past that i dont like. Knowing it was a food item and couldn't be returned I decided to try it. Surprisingly, this tastes like regular salt. It is a very fine grain so I need to be careful using it, but with 68% less sodium I can use it.
