Yes, finally a good idea for stretching when you usually need a partner to push. I wish I had thought of this. It has enough loops and a manual to show you all the ways and places you can stretch, at your own pace. I was surprised that you can use it to stretch almost all the muscles in your body. Its also very easy to roll up and store.

I have been very happy with my purchase of this stretch out strap. Not only was it the one recommended by my physical therapist, it was the actual strap I used while attending physical therapy. It comes with a good exercise booklet for additional stretching-type exercises, in addition to those my physical therapist gave me to do at home. Having the multiple loops throughout the strong, nylon strap ensures I have better control with the different exercises using my feet and hands. I have continued using the strap even though I have stopped attending physical therapy. It is a great exercise device that keeps me flexible and virtually works all of my muscles. Sadly, I never would have known about this type of stretch out strap had it not been for my knee replacement surgery. It's just not something I searched for online or at a sporting goods store. I'm glad I have it now. It is part of my daily exercise routine now.

like it a lot..... only issue is that a few days after getting it some of the thread came out and i can't use all the loops. the loops on the ends work fine and I'm able to use the band for most stretches

This is a product I was introduced to by my physical therapy office. I use it mostly to stretch my legs and like that it makes my quad and IT band stretches more effective which is the sole purpose I purchased this product for. This strap is very sturdy and made out of a material reminiscent of an animal leash. It is easy to wrap up and travel with. I find the slots to be ample enough to fit my foot with or without sneakers and then still have some remaining space. The guidebook is nice, but I found most of the other stretches uncomfortable and that the product was looking to fit a stretching problem, though ineffectively. Needless to say, I really like this strap for the stretches I bought it and do use it for, and would recommend it to others for those and for the quality/durability of the product.

The strap works and is reasonably easy to use - my issue (and hence the only 3 stars) is with the booklet which allows for only leg-based stretches and only 1 very limited for upper body - so much could have been added for back and neck and shoulders etc. but wasn't ....nevertheless I am keeping the strap since its strong enough for all body parts, useful for leg-based and I would see if I can come up with my own stretches

I am going to use this strap as part of my home movement program to re-establish ankle, knee, hip alignment and to eliminate the pain in all those joints and my back that I have experienced for years. I'm reading the book, Pain-Free by Pete Egoscue and following the recommended movements. In just doing the ankle movements for one week, I am pain-free for the first time in many years and have begun re-establishing stability and alignment in my body. I also bought the black Hygenic Thera-band Stretch Strap. The black band is stretchy. The green band does not stretch, Keep that in mind when choosing which strap to buy. I wanted both to have the greatest flexibility and variety in the movements I can do.

This thing is great. It has many loops and are stitched strong. When stretching and applying a lot of push/pull force you do not have to worry about ripping or stretching this product. It is an excellent band for stretching and comes with an Okay booklet with stretches to do. I have a tight lower back due to a double fusion and should use this more often. When i do use it, it is perfect for when i do not have help around like my wife or a workout partner.

Great quality and everything I expected. This is the strap my athletic trainers have me use; it is great for stretching as well as be used for at-home physical therapy for sports injuries or post surgery.If you're an athlete who stretches a lot then the booklet will likely be little use to you. My athletic trainer has showed me a majority of the stretches before, so I don't really use the book. However, if you don't know how to stretch certain muscle groups then the booklet is a great addition and very helpful.
