I Attached both to my front wheels in an unexpected blizzard where cars were fast becoming stranded. Unfortunately they are very hard to fit especially in snowy conditions, it took be about 30/40 minutes of much fiddling to get them aligned and locked right, kneeling in the snow, shifting compacted snow and ice from the wheel arch with freezing fingers and hands. I then attempted to overtake a few cars up the lane where I had become stuck. After about 1/4 of a mile I heard a big clunk, after inspection I had lost one of them somewhere in the deep snow. I had to wait 2 hours for a gritter lorry to save us. I took the other snow chain off (as having only one on is worse than non at all) I have since inspected the remaining chain and its the links that aren't strong enough. at least two have nearly straightened out completely and its a miracle I didn't loose them both. Maybe alright for a few miles in soft powder snow, but not nearly strong enough for use in the UK. In conclusion I planned ahead, bought the best I could find that stated hard wearing and tough to help me in an emergency and the product failed miserably. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!

Did not fit tires as stated no matter how much brute strength used.Returned
