Seller solved my problem promptly
Five months after I bought this lead it became unusable, making aggressive crackling noises and only connecting intermittently. When I posted a review online, the seller contacted me to apologise. They offered a refund or a replacement. The replacement arrived very promptly and I am now using it.Customer service was excellent - courteous and efficient.Although I was disappointed with the initial problem, I cannot fault them for the way they dealt with this and am now a very satisfied customer! ☺
