I love the shape and the design! It keeps the food and snacks together and hot or cold.

Overall a great lunch pail for the price however there's a flaw in it. At first the zipper looks like the standard lunch box zipper until you try to actually zip the bag closed...and the zipper doesn't fully close. Upon closer examination, the zipper's been installed for lack of a better term, upside down and inside out. Once the zipper reaches the bag itself, the zipper itself goes in two different directions in terms of the two fastener sides. The bag can still be used overall but it can't be zipper closed.
