Last year I had to create party overflow bags and found these at Dollar Tree. They were $1.25 each! I had people coming back to me stating that they didn't get a hand clapper in their party bag and I had to explain that they were only in the overflow bags. Kids were so disappointed. I was delighted to find a set of 80 for this year's party bags! They are slightly smaller than the ones I purchased last year but who cares! They were reasonably priced, work just as well and I know that every child will get one!
