I did not expect to love this neck fan as much as I do. I was quite skeptical to even try it out. But, it has proven itself to be a miracle product for keeping me comfortable while doing any physical activity around the house, or while walking the pup.I'm a big guy, with a thick, somewhat short neck. I love that this HomePlus Neck Fan allows for some articulation of the 3 cooling elements. I can simply rotate the sides out a bit, so they point more at my face and less at my neck and ears. I've tried 2 other neck fans, including the flagship Torres Coolify 3, and those just don't allow for much control over air direction. The fans on the HomePlus are stronger, too. And this just fits my body shape better.But the back cooling plate might be my favorite part of this product. It gets really cold, really fast (on the C3 setting). And, it stays really cold, with no heat generation at all that I can feel on my neck. That plate is small, but I can easily rotate the fan around my neck to cool my left and right sides. I've also been known to wear this device upside-down, with the cooling plate on my forehead and the fans pointing down my face for a few minutes. Instant relief that I just haven't seen with any other product. It outperforms a $300 competitor. And it feels solid enough to last through my daily use.I've done yard work with this, some tame weight training, taken it on some quick-paced walks, worn it while cooking and used it during the first few minutes of a drive in a hot car before the A/C really starts to cool well. It is comfortable to wear, secure around my neck and provides instant cooling. And its really easy to find the buttons without looking, so I generally turn it on and off as per my comfort level.The only negative thing I can say is that the fans make it difficult to hear conversations in F1, F2 or F3 mode. But that's a really nit-picky downside for someone who really wants to cool off. No fan that sits in close proximity to a person's ears is gonna be silent. That's just not how it works. And I'm really very fine with that.I've been getting around 2.5 hours of use per battery charge on F2 and C3 settings, but I don't use it continuously. Rather, 5-10 minutes at a time cools me down and lets me get back to work. I just charge it up at night and haven't run the battery all the way down yet. I've not just let it run down all at once - this thing is a tool that I use in a specific way.I liked the first one (in blue) so much that I purchased a second (in white). They both look great and function exactly the same. Seems like the fans are strong in every product, which is excellent!Most people who have seen me have commented on my headphones, so it seems like this thing doesn't scream "I'm dying of heat and need a device to help me cool off". lolNow that I have two, my wife might stop asking me to use it when I'm the one who's too warm. But, when she's not around, I might be found wearing both - one normally, and the other flipped over and backwards.Jokes aside, this product delivers on its promise and I think its the best of its type (at least for sub-$100 models).

I work as a delivery driver and decided to give this fan a try and it definitely EXCEEDED my expectations! I work a 10 hour shift and this fan lasted about 6 hours before needing recharged. Recharging process did not take long... maybe a half hour (using my car charger - home charging seems much quicker). I used this in 85 degree weather and kept me very cool. The option of having just the cooling plate on or the fan alone is nice, or both. The fan blows cool air, the sound of the fan alone is tolerable. I recommended this to others I work with as well. Great product!

Fan on high is louder than expected. But it is effective even on low setting.Love the cooling plate! Game changer-better than just a fan by far! Love the 5 different setting options. The charge did not last very long, but I may have not fully charged it.

I ordered this HomePlus neck fan and another similar one (Torras coolify, way more expensive) during Prime days in July thinking whichever was quieter was the one I’d keep. Let me add I had previously ordered a neck fan (FrSara, just FYI) that was highly rated that turned out to huge, heavy and noisy, it got returned quick! But this one didn’t show up for several weeks after I received the first one which I began using (I live in Florida) and liked it very much. When this one showed up I did get it out for comparison and let me tell you had I got this one first I might have sent the other one back! They both have similar features (Torras also has a heat feature and also blows air down on the neck, a good feature), 3 fan settings and a cooling neck feature. Both are designed so that long hair can not be wrapped or sucked into the blades. The cooling neck feature on this HomePlus neck fan is OUTSTANDING, better than Torras for sure. The fan is a bit louder than the Torras particularly when you up the speed to 3 but it’s not a deal breaker. I could not send this neck fan back, I liked it too much and thought when the right person comes along I’ll gift it and a week later that’s just what I did! A friend from the north came south for a visit, who was already suffering from random heat (we women of a certain age!), and was thrown into the oven that is Florida! I’m pretty sure I’m officially in her Will, she loves it! The HomePlus costs a third of the Torras (which I would also recommend for different reasons) and it checks all the boxes, not heavy, not chunky, not noisy and with the addition of the cooling neck thing that seriously !ROCKS! I have no problem recommending this neck fan, 100%, buy it! It might take a few weeks to get to you but it’s worth the wait!

I’ve bought other neck fans, wasn’t impressed, but heard good things about this air conditioned version of the neck fans. WOW! Having a cooling plate that sits at the back center of the neck makes all the difference! Not only is it cooler, but it has a flexibility to it, that almost drapes around your neck. It’s the perfect size and not too heavy, you’d forget it was there if you didn’t notice that it was just keeping you in such great comfort in the blazing hot weather. I know what everyone is getting for Christmas this year for sure. This is a great gift for any member of your family of any age. I just absolutely love it! Even if you have tried others in the past and weren’t happy, you should definitely give this one a try!
