Best blades I’ve tried so far—smooth, clean, and consistent
Recently switched to using a traditional safety razor and have been testing out different blade brands. So far, these MÜHLE blades are the standout. They deliver a smooth, clean shave with minimal irritation, and feel consistent across multiple uses. Sharp without being aggressive—ideal for daily shaving or sensitive skin. Packaging is simple and tidy, and the 10-pack offers a good trial run without committing to bulk. Compared to others I’ve tried, these strike the best balance between sharpness and comfort. Definitely the top pick in my rotation so far.

The best blades I’ve had.
These blades are very sharp and retain their edge very well. I shave my head with these with ease. However, if you’re just starting out they may be too sharp for practice, that being said, slow and steady you won’t go far wrong. No skin irritation at all, one pass shaving! Great price for ten blades, if you were just doing your face, one blade would easily do 4 or 5 shaves. I do my head and face so I use one every time and the cost is perfect for me. Can’t fault them. There are cheaper blades, but you do get what you pay for with Muhle, same with the open comb razor. Great shave from this product, highly recommend.

Sharp
Blades as sharp and useful. Packaging is not waterproof so care will be needed in storage

Super high quality blades. Treat yourself.
Superb. Consistency from edge to edge, blade to blade. I find this to be the single biggest issue with blades: often one excellent edge, with one not so good. Not here though, super sharp and consistent. Also, the most long lasting blades I've tried: easily 4 or 5 shaves per edge. Go easy on them, they are very sharp ( ;) ). Would I buy them again? Definitely, without a doubt. Are they "worth" the premium? I would say so. Conservatively, 10 blades x 2 edges x 4 shaves per edge is 80 shaves for £6. That's still great value. Are they the best I've tried so far? Yes. Could I get by perfectly well with cheaper blades? Also, yes. I'm impressed with these. And it's still amazing to me how much the quality of such a simple product varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Fantastic blades
My new favourite blade. Maybe not the cheapest but they are very sharp and very smooth. In fact, so smooth I was able to use a more aggressive setting on my razor and there was no irritation. If I'd used the same setting with my usual blades (7 o'clock Sharp Edges) my skin would be sore for days. A lovely shave with them, I will definitely buy again.

Holds its edge
Lovely product, really holds its edge. Fits my standard safety razor perfectly. Cuts as well on the last stroke as it does on the first. Very limited razor burn or nicks with this brand. Well worth the price, will buy again

The best DE blades around
The best DE blades I have tried and this far and probably will stop testing after this. I believed Astra superior. platinum and Feather were - and they are - good blades but these Muhle are in a different class of their own. Sharp, sharper than the ones mentioned and somehow less aggressive. With exactly the same setting on my Futur they somehow give a much closer shave with no irritation whatsoever. They last for at least three shaves (3 passes each) so as far as price goes they are similar to the rest, especially if you "invest" in the 200 pack - which at one blade per peek will last a good 4 years. By that time price is irrelevant.

Expensive
These blades are good and available much cheaper direct from MÜHLE.
