Excellent for yoga followers, beautifully shot, text in German.

Good looking girl great figure but writing is all in German that I can't read after a while I got bored of looking at the same girl doing yoga exercises as the pictures get very repetitive once you've seen them that's about it really I decided not to keep this book. Not the book for me as I discovered to my expense.

This book is in the German language but it is easy to understand if one has read prior books on yoga in English and the photos of the model, who is without clothing, are in color and the reproduction quality is great.

Schönes Buch für alle. Auch wenn das Cover eins vermuten lässt es ist wahnsinnig stilvoll umgesetzt. Es verbindet Yoga in Reinform mit dem Menschen in Reinform. Ich bin weder esoterisch noch stark Yogi, aber die Text lesen sich super und sprechen einen an. Dabei ist etwas fürs Auge mit dabei. Auch wenn man belächelt wird beim Kauf eines klare Empfehlung auch, wenn ich nicht so beweglich bin wie das Modell. Stark umgesetzt!

全裸でヨガと、なにか期待した自分がいたけど、 裏切られました。 英語が理解できてかつ、ヨガをする方には 良い資料なのでしょうね。
