All I had was just a few bandaids and a small tin of ointment. Nothing for burns, itching, etc. So I bought the 130 piece first, and it was so wonderful that I bought a small one with 60 pieces. I took everything out of the bag except for two of each first aid item, and since the noseeums are eating me up, I filled the bag full of insect sting and bite healer with a heating element, mosquito and noseeum patches, ointment, hydrocortisone, lip balm and dental floss. It's the perfect size to hold all of these things I call the small one my "ouchy" bag. And again I was so impressed that I bought two more small 60 piece kits (for my brother and his wife), and two large 260 piece kits....one for me now and for my brother and his wife for as a Christmas present in December. I want to purchase one more 130 piece kit for my brother and wife so they can do what I am doing, and that is to use the 130 piece kit, and just replenish whatever is needed from the large 260 piece kit as needed. This is a fabulous and the absolute best first aid kits that I have run across. Very well made, with a very heavy zipper. They were made to last. These first aid kits might just be the best purchase I have made this year. Only one thing that I really wish that large 260 piece first aid kits had, and that is extra pockets with heavy zippers on the outside on both sides to store a few extra items to make it to suit me. I bought three sets of laceration patches, but all that I could fit into the kit was one set, and that was with the patches out of their container. But I managed to squeeze them in. In my opinion, that is all that is missing, is added space with heavy zipper pockets on each size to add a few other items I use on a regular basis. Other than that, these first aid kits are magnificent and extremely well made. I easily give these first aid kits five stars......ten stars if that were an option.

I really like this first aid kit. It really has everything needed for baby/ child - for times when you accidentally clip a finger instead of a nail, or when they get bitten at daycare. Easy to navigate in panicked-new-parent mode.

I needed a first aid kit for my classroom and found this one. I absolutely love the case and once I received it in the mail I was even more surprised by the contents! It is filled to the brim with everything you might possibly need! I will definitely be ording another one for the house and car! This would even make great gifts for those outdoorsy friends! It’s such a great value for the money and I was impressed by the quality. It is easy to travel with and definitely more comfortable than the tin boxes we used to have.

Has a great variety of kid friendly bandaids. Wish it had come with meds like tylenol, ibuprofen or benadryl but I just added that myself.
