I love this companies approach to hot sauce. If hot make it flavorful as well. Even the 3X and 4X can be enjoyed without fear. This is not a Scoville heat contest, it is FOOD. And that food has to be edible. enjoy it. Not so hot that you cannot taste the food. If only they would come out of their corporate slumber and begin producing hot sauce again. Almost impossible to get any of their products lately, what with their corporate changes and distribution changes and the pandemic.

This stuff is the best over all pepper sauce, it is made in xx. xxx. xxxx. and all are great tasting.
