What the Heck Is EOS?: A Complete Guide for Employees in Companies Running on...

I've been into audiobooks lately, as I'm a very lazy reader. However, my employer bought this book for me and I was very impressed. It's very easy to read. Straight to the point, with good examples (which aren't lengthy and boring). I like the tables & diagrams, which are easy to understand and get your head around. It's a really brilliant book which really is written for a brilliant employee perspective and very informative in explaining your part to play.

Brilliant book, great to help manage a business or ensure everyone is pulling together. Really interesting and enlightening.

Excellent book, if using EOS/Traction for your business buy a few copies of this book and give to your team. The book is easy to read and explains EOS perfectly and it doesn’t take long to get through

We worked through EOS as a charity in 2020. We have embedded it in our organisation. We've had to modify it slightly because we have four entities and four boards across three countries. What the Heck is EOS? Is provided to new Board Members and new senior staff members to get them into a space of understanding our model, structure, and communication systems.

A must read for anyone following the entrepreneurial operating system. Such an easy read. You should read Traction as well

The book is a modern day re-imagining of successful business practices from last century. If you're starting out in business, or have fallen into a business without a plan, this book may serve as a good reference. My view iscoloured by working over 4 decades in various industries, including government, health and manufacturing.

Great book worth buying

This is an amazing program and an amazing read, and if you can introduce any of the suggestions of this program into your workplace, you will make your workplace a better place for not only the company, but also all of your employees
