Low Sugar Water Flavor Packets
I purchased the True Lemon Kids Hydration packets to convince myself to drink more water throughout my day. I am on a low sugar diet and I opted to get these due to the low sugar content. I read that the Blue Raspberry was a great flavor to try so I took a leap. I love how easy these packets are to use as they are individually sealed and easy to tear open. These packets are perfect to pour into a 16.9 fl water bottle and they dissolve quickly and leave no clumps. I wanted to love the Blue Raspberry flavor but it’s not quite what I had expected. The flavor is hard to describe and tastes more like a watered down blue flavored sports drink than the Blue Raspberry flavor I had hoped for. The flavor is not bad, but it’s not something I opt to grab for over other water flavor packets I have. I recommend these flavor packets as they are great quality, and the perfect on the go sized packets, but would probably try another flavor.

Love the Taste
I love the taste, the lack of caffeine and the ease of preparation. I use these flavors to enjoy drinking water. Plus, the kids version is more healthy than the Energy version of True Lemon’s other options.
