I brought this pillow for myself in my new place. It is super amazing and incredible! This pillow does its magic. I have been looking for a pillow that is soft, cushy, snug to my neck and shoulders. This is very good neck pain support, so comfy, elastic. It holds the contours of the head and neck, distributing weight evenly, relieving pressure, and helping with neck and back pain. This can also help with a better night’s sleep and a feeling of well restedness. Just one night sleeping on this pillow, I will definitely feel the improvement of my neck pain, it does take away the ache and agony of sleeping in one side or straight up only. This has become my pillow ever since and will not exchange this to any memory pillow at all. I got such a good night’s sleep. I don’t find it overly firm; I find it perfect for me. I really like the pillow!

Sleep quality: I have not noticed a change in the quality of my sleep with this pillow. I do have a preschooler who tends to wander into bed with my husband & I in the early morning hours and he does acrobatics in his sleep so that may be the main factor.Support: this pillow provides the perfect amount of support. It is very comfortable to lay on, especially in side-lay or back-lay position. I am a natural stomach sleeper and although the pillow still provides support on my stomach, I think it works best when I lay on my side. I have been trying to switch to side sleeping to get the most benefit from this pillow.Pain relief: this pillow was a gift from my husband after I was having neck & shoulder pain, which I suspected was caused by how I was laying on conventional pillows. I still get some pain (less than usual though) if I lay on my stomach with this pillow. However, if I sleep on my side with this pillow, I wake up literally pain-free. I have tried sleeping on my side with conventional pillows & still had pain so I know it is the pillow & not the position that is causing relief. This is why I'm trying to switch to side sleeping with this pillow! (Experts say it's the best position ergonomically anyway.)I'm very happy with this pillow. It's super supportive and comfortable and relieves my pain completely if I sleep on my side. It had no weird odor or anything when I took it out of the packaging. I'd recommend it!

The concept for this pillow is great-if it’s too high as many of these pillows are, there’s a piece which can be taken out. “Great” I thought. It was indeed too tall a pillow for me, so I took the piece out. BUT, there is a little strip right at the end where you lay your neck that doesn’t come out. For me this defeated the purpose of removing the piece, as it remained too tall for my neck. It just must totally depend on your personal preference. I do think it would be good if I could remove that piece, but I wasn’t going to experiment and cut it out as I wanted to return it.On a good note, the pillow and covers are well made, and it doesn’t smell as does some memory foam.
