amazing product!
a friend recommended this to me and i’m so happy i gave it a chance. all of my life i’ve suffered from flaky & itchy scalp. i’ve tried numerous products and nothing worked so i was willing to give it a shot. this has been the only product to eliminate all the problems ive been having. no flake in sight & barely any itching at all anymore. my hair has never felt better it feels clean, smells amazing, & no problems as before! i’ve never wrote a review before but i felt like this needed a review of someone who’s struggled forever. i highly recommend this product and i will keep on using this product!

Pleasant smell, great lather, leaves my hair super soft!
I am always hesitant to try new shampoo and conditioners with my fine hair that can get oily easily and is very tangle-prone, as the results always vary. My hair can get weighed down by certain shampoos/conditioners if they are too thick, and yet if they don't provide enough moisture, my hair will tangle into a rat's nest - so it's really difficult finding the perfect balance! Because of this, I tend to stick with one brand for a few years that I know works for me until I feel like switching it up. Recently, I was looking for a natural option with few harmful additives, and PureZero checked all the boxes. Cruelty-free, vegan, and an ingredients list that looked good from cross-checking on EWG's ingredient analysis! I am using the tea tree and matcha shampoo and conditioner, and they have left me really impressed. My hair is super soft and shiny, and my hair's tendency to tangle has definitely been reduced. The scent of the products isn't too strong, but is there just enough for a pleasant aroma. I am very happy with these PureZero shampoo and conditioners and will definitely be buying more when I run out!

Pretty good and the price point ain't bad
In the hallowed chambers of my bathroom, where steam curls like forgotten memories, I embarked upon a cleansing odyssey—a quest for follicular nirvana. The Purezero Tea Tree & Matcha Shampoo and Conditioner Set awaited me, its bottles standing like twin sentinels, promising salvation for my unruly tresses. The Prelude: A Scented Overture As I twisted the cap, the scent of matcha green tea enveloped me—an olfactory waltz between earthiness and rejuvenation. It was as if a Zen garden had erupted in my shower, and I, a humble bather, stood amidst the fragrant foliage. But wait! What’s this? A hint of spicy mint, a clandestine affair between the leaves and the zephyr. My nostrils flared, my soul stirred. Could shampoo be poetry? Perhaps. The Lathering Sonata I poured a modest dollop into my palm, and there it began—the lathering sonata. The shampoo danced upon my scalp, a gentle maelstrom of suds and secrets. The tea tree oil whispered ancient remedies, promising to banish dandruff and soothe my scalp’s existential woes. And oh, the matcha! It swirled like verdant dreams, infusing my hair with the wisdom of centuries. Each strand sang, “We are alive!” The Conditioner’s Crescendo Enter the conditioner—a silken sorceress. Its texture, like moonlight on silk, caressed my ends. I closed my eyes, imagining ancient geishas anointing their kimonos with matcha-infused elixirs. The mint, now more pronounced, tingled like forbidden magic. It untangled my knots, both physical and metaphysical. My hair, once a chaotic symphony, now harmonized in celestial chords. Moisture, the Elixir of Mortals The Purezero duo, like benevolent alchemists, bestowed moisture upon my parched strands. My hair drank deeply, as if it had wandered through deserts and found an oasis. Split ends, once rebels without a cause, surrendered to the matcha’s embrace. The mirror reflected a transformation—a phoenix rising from the ashes of drugstore shampoos past. The Final Note And so, as I stepped out of the shower, my hair—nourished, invigorated—whispered secrets to the towel. It vowed to sway in the wind, to flirt with sunbeams, to be the protagonist in its own epic. The scent lingered, a memory etched in my senses. Purezero, you’ve woven a tale—a saga of botanical love and minty redemption. May your bottles never run dry, and may my hair forever sing your praises. Fin.

Scent is nice but not over powering.
Good product. My husband doesn’t like the texture of the conditioner, says it’s hard to get full coverage in his short hair, but I have no problems with it on my medium length hair. Scented items are sometimes bothersome to me, but I have had no issues with this shampoo and conditioner. It smells nice and my hair looks and feels great! I’m going to try their version for hair with color.

Always come back to this shampoo/conditioner
Started using this stuff a few years ago when Target was selling it, switched away and have now found my way back. It’s a great (dare I say salon-quality) cheap combo. I have oily, fine hair and struggle to find shampoo that can target those issues. I feel like pure zero shows the most difference and adds time in between washes. I also use the biotin hair mask every once in a while to protect my color. Love these three in combo. Scent is strong in the shower but not too strong after dried.

Not for me
This shampoo does give a little tingly feeling however both the shampoo and conditioner does not give the clean scalp feeling I was expecting. My hair actually feels as if it has an oily film on it in the shower. Once dried it looks lack-luster and not any more healthier. The smell is mild luckily it reminds me of a chemical tea tree smell. Gave 3 stars because everyone has their own smell and feeling preferences when it comes to their hair products, this one performs as a shampoo/conditioner, just not for me.

Great for Easily Tangled Hair
This is one of the only shampoos/conditioners that doesn’t leave my hair chronically tangled after showering. The only annoying part is the dispenser but it’s worth the annoyance.
