I initially balked at the price, but decided to give it a shot because someone mentioned their arthritic cat loved it. Mine does too! She took to it quickly, and wasn't scared away by the cleaning cycle. It takes normal kitty litter, which I appreciate, and I only need to take litter out every 5 or so days. It fits my slightly larger than usual cat, at 11 pounds, and gives her enough space to move around despite being arthritic. Most importantly, it cleans regularly. The goofball has started to go outside the litterbox unless it's super clean. Cleaning takes about a half hour every month. It's a little unwieldy, so I recommend some kind of scrub brush for the mesh, and a scoop for the litter, because you can't just pour the litter into it. It will get dirty quickly if you don't regularly remove the poop bag, but so long as you do, it works perfectly and I'm super happy.Update: It's been a little over a year, and I am very happy with the litter box. My cat uses it with no problem, I've never had any problems with her being caught inside while it's cleaning itself, and the noise isn't too bad. Most of the time, I don't really notice it, unless I'm in bed trying to fall asleep and the house is quiet. I take about 2 hours to clean this, and do it monthly, and then empty the waste bag about every 5 days. That's a good chunk of time, but overall, less than I was with my previous litter box.have two cons, but they aren't deal breakers. One: the latch can sometimes get kitty litter stuck in it, and then not close properly, creating a mess. Two, my cat is getting older, and less mobile, so she tends to urinate in just one spot, so it gets messier quickly and she tracks wet litter. but that's less a defect with this product, as something to keep in mind in deciding which automatic one is better. maybe the square large one is a better choice if your cat is like mine.Tl:DR: love it, it's worth the money, but it's not magic bullet where you never have to handle kitty litter again.

I was skeptical about this product and read many reviews about automatic litter boxes. I have waited 12 years to purchase one and it was TOO long!This product is easy to setup, use, and clean! My 2 cars had no problem adjusting to it (which was always my fear)! The only issue was my little kitten loved to play in it and make it circulate; but he is getting better! The bags for the litter are sturdy and thick. I purchased a second box 3 weeks after I received the original box. I only got it so I had it in stock, and I have plenty from the original box left. I change my litter bag about 2-3 times a week. So far there have been no odors! When I do clean it I make sure I give the flap of the canister a good wipe and the top flap of the little dispenser area one too. OH, another plus is I can use any clumping litter, which was awesome because I didn’t have to purchase new.The ONLY negative I can say about this litter box is the mat it comes with. It needs to be stuck to my floor and I am afraid to do that in case I want to move my box. This is honestly not that BIG of a negative considering it actually came with one!I 100% recommend this product!

We needed an automatic litter box low to the ground for special needs kittens that can't climb and have mobility issues. This is one of the only ones we could find. It took a few days and while they do not use it all the time they do it enough to say it was worth it. Cats can easily get in and there is plenty of room for them. I like it is a bit smaller than the more expensive unit. As far as app, we don't use that. Some people noted the waste bin was small, I'm not sure why. Plenty big enough! I usually dump ours daily as we have multiple kitties. I use plastic grocery bags instead of buying new liners. Works great. What can I say, it does what it is suppose to do. Life saver for overnight when I can't scoop. I have not had to take the entire unit apart yet for a deep clean and will update when I do. Super quiet, love that. Easy to wipe down. Currently I have it next to the more expensive unit and doing a test to see which kitty prefers. So far they are using this box versus the other expensive one. I already purchased a second one and may even be getting a third. Will update if we have any issues.

The media could not be loaded. I attached a video for your convenience.The problems:1. poop and pee are getting smeared all over the globe, unlike other products, you must dip clean it very often!2. The holes of the net are huge, which means small pieces of poop won’t get scooped.3. The opening is very low which means the cat are just digging and throwing so much litter outside of the globe we had to install some barrier.4. The tray where the poop is going is very very small so you will have to constantly change the bag.5. The app is useless, it doesn’t tell you when you need to change the bag you will have to come and check it out every day to see if you need to change it.6. it is very small, which might be a plus, but it is very inconvenient for your cats so some of them are just pissing out of it.Just don’t do it it’s not worth the money just please invest in something else.

Es muy bueno el priducto, lo que no me gustó es que para ponerle la arena si es un poco complicado, no se puede vaciar la arena directamente, hay que hacerlo con una pala o algo así, y no se puede descargar la aplicación en mi país, no está disponible en México.

Muy buena, la amo, el único contra es que no venían los extra que prometían, sólo la caja de arena, también, si eres de México no podrás usar la app.

Es buenísimo, se limpia fácilmente pero el.hecho de que no tenga puerta si lo.hace complicado ya que se sale.la.arena

We’ve had this for just about a month now, and it’s worked great for our two adult cats. They have ample room to do their business and as an obvious point, it’s great for busy owners or simply ones who are sick of scooping litter (me af).It’s easy to assemble and disassemble to clean; all I really have to do is switch out the bag every few days and give the inside of the actual litter box a little dusting as it can accumulate a bit of litter dust from rotation cycles, but I’m totally fine with this. Keeps smells under control, and a full litter change is super easy bc it literally has an “empty” cycle.The design itself is cute and nicely sized, though I will say there isn’t a super great way to add litter in; I find myself blindly dumping my bag in which is a bit of a nuisance, hence the 4/5 stars. Not detrimental to the design though, I suppose, as it’s fantastic in every other way. Would 100% buy again if I had to.(Enjoy these pics of my cat, Möbius using his new, fancy toilet)

It stoked their curiosity, cats kept using it multiple times the first time I set it up. App is also really easy to set up and I can track my cat’s weight and their toilet habits. Really good purchase so far. Saved me from buying the litter robot.
