Awesome purchase
I bought this for use on my first gaming pc build and I’ve had no issues with it at all. It keeps my pc running cool and it looks pretty awesome doing it. The software is pretty easy to use and you can make all kinds of color combinations as well as add photos to the screen, I would definitely recommend this and I would buy again if I had to.

Best Designed AIO available
I am very pleased with this purchase so far. NZXT is the only reason I'm trying an AIO cooler. I'm an air cooler person. This is very well thought out and eye catching. They did a good job designing it and should keep this design going for many years.

Looks great, keeps things cool
Installation was smooth, the LCD screen is a nice touch, and cooling performance has been excellent. Fans are quiet and the whole setup looks clean in the case.

good aio
its a really good aio all round, instructions are a little confusing but besides that everything runs perfectly, bonus points for a nice led screen and visuals, this makes little to no noise

Temps fine, looks good, functions well, assembly is easy
Perfectly adequate temperatures on a 9900X3D. It's $100 less than the Elite line of Kraken AIOs, so I can forgive a lesser display in the pump assembly, but it's a shame it's so much smaller. Makes gifs look a bit wonky. It doesn't detect the temperature of my RX 9070 XT for whatever reason, so if you want to use the dual infographic for cpu/gpu temperatures in CAM, you might run into compatibility issues. The fans on this AIO being a full unit, not 3 separate fans, does help with ease of installation but it does feel a bit anti-consumer. You can't simply reuse those would-be 3 fans elsewhere if desired, like when the AIO dies. I wouldn't buy the product again simply because of that. Reduced the stars down to 4 because of this, it really did irk me.

Great cooler, looks outstanding.
I've only had mine up for a short time now, installed on a B650 Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX motherboard with a 7800x3D in an NZXT H6 Flow case, but it's been perfect for what I wanted. The AIO itself is probably overkill for a 7800x3D, so if you're strictly looking to cool your fancy shmancy new processor you don't have to spend this much to do it. Go for a Thermalright Phantom Spirit or something inexpensive; this is only really necessary if you want the aesthetic that it provides. Since I live in an old house with no AC, an AIO can be a nice help in the hot summer months and the ease of airflow in and out of the case makes keeping the entire system relatively cool a lot easier, but still... it's a premium price for the look you want more than the functionality. This AIO does include brackets for AM4, AM5, and for Intel LGA1700 installs, and it's deceptively easy to install; the instructions aren't particularly clear, and I've normally just stuck with air cooling in the past so this was a new one for me.Since I installed it on AM5, it was just a matter of removing the plastic CPU brackets on the motherboard and then screwing in the dual-post screws (long side toward motherboard, instructions are unclear on this) with the AIO's included plastic brackets for each facing in the indicated way for AM5. The metal bracket on the CPU cooler twists off easily, and you can then just replace it with the version you need if the pre-installed bracket wasn't what you wanted. Thermal paste is pre-applied to the cooler, and the pipes from the cooler to the radiator are flexible enough to be adjusted to however you need them to be.And that's pretty much it, just screw it on with the provided thumb screws and you're done. Watching an install video can help if you're a first timer or uncomfortable with the process, but it's much easier than it appears at first glance and was much more simple than dealing with some of the annoying backplate support designs that some air coolers have. The NZXT CAM software has been easy to use and has plenty of useful information on it, you can rotate and customize the display of the CPU cooler to show what you want (I use GPU/CPU temp information on mine, looks nice and functionally useful). No complaints about the software at all, sometimes that sort of thing can be futzy to deal with but this was very simple to set up and understand how to use.Overall, it's outstanding. The install was easy, the fans aren't silent but aren't any louder than my case fans, it keeps everything very cool even on a warm day.... couldn't ask for much more. If something like this looks cool to you for the build you're doing and you can afford the price difference over air cooling, I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with this one.

NZXT CAM IS GARBAGE
This isn't my first rodeo with AIO coolers. I decided it was time to upgrade my old NZXT cooler to this newer model for my new AMD R7 9950X build. Installation was fine. Then I hit the power button and oh man did we hit lift off. The fans at full speed a a piercing sound of a pair of F18 Hornet jet engines about to get launched off the deck of a Carrier. So I went no biggie - install the NZXT CAM software and... it won't recognize the device? I go online for support and after searching around in order for it to get detected was to WHILE THE COMPUTER IS RUNNING unplug and plug back into a USB 2.0 header on the Motherboard. Fantastic it finally found it after playing telegraph with the tiny usb header and my ham hands. So now I go and attempt to adjust the fan speed or the pump speed. And no matter what I did they just wouldn't change or adjust. I could get the screen to change though that was weird. So I went and attempted to get different 3rd party software... and none of these worked as well.I ended up returning this and getting the Artic Freezer III 360 instead because I have the case for it. If you are running a Ryzen 7 setup? I'd highly suggest to get a 360 AIO to help keeps down and keep your sanity when it comes to fan noise.

You want this cooler.
Yes, you want this liquid cooler; the extra money you drop on this is incredibly worth the temps you can pull off while under load. Installation is straightforward, but make sure you know EXACTLY how much space you have, as it was a close fit with my rig; this thing is big. If you max your fans, it can be loud, but not enough to be bothersome in my experience.
