This bookbag is perfect for my teengage daughter , she love the design and the size inside , it fits so much including her laptop and tablet with headphones, the quality is very good and the durability is very strong , just perfect style.

I love the design of it and it has 5-6 pockets to put all your stuff in for school. Also love that u can put in a portable in the bag and than charge your phone from your bag. It didn’t come with the pencil bag and should change the product discription so that people will know that it won’t come with one.

Missing items. Poor quality and horrible customer service
