At first, I did not know what to expect but I when the shoes arrived it was wonderful. The comfort, class, elegance and simplicity makes it a must-have item. I especially liked the height of the heel, which is comfortable yet elegant and suits my 5 feet 11 inch height. Finally heels I can wear without looking like the Empire State Building, and looking good.

I know delivery may vary but I received these the next day I ordered them! They fit true to size and are so comfortable. The heel feels sturdy and I am surprised by the quality. The strap on the back fits a little loose but that happens to me with all slingbacks. I have a wider foot and had no issues. Get them!

I love this shoes. I love it so much that I bought the second one so I know I will have them for years. It is beautiful, comfortable and fits me great. An extra note, there are 2 almost identical shoes from the same brand. The new release fits better than the old one that have thousands of reviews.

These are super cute shoes and very stylish! Can be worn with dressy or casual and give that Chanel vibe. They fit true to size! I have a narrow foot so cannot comment on width. I only gave 4 stars because they aren't the most comfortable. I can walk in them for dinner or short distances but not for all day at work or lots of walking.

The shoes are nice; fabric, color, straps, heel size. However, these aren't for people with wide feet.

Needed a low pump for a wedding to hide some nasty toes. Normally id wear some open toe heeled sandals but these seemed more appropriate. I also wear them when I don’t want to clean up my white sneakers for work. I already wore them a lot so I can’t return them but I’d say 5/10 for quality (but they don’t feel like a tripping hazard!) and 8/10 for execution. They are better than some other Chanel dupes I’ve tried but real leather would have been too expensive. These are kinda gross actually with obviously cheap plastic that makes your feet feel clammy. Even the insole comes out I guess because I the sweat dissolved the glue? Not sure…The design and craftsmanship is good but the materials are BAD.100% all the comments about the strap and the lack of arch support are true but to me that’s just par for the course with heels. Needle thread and an arch support sticker are your friend

It's a great addition to any classic wardrobe. Comfortable, but not a flexible material. I do enjoy wearing it, and have done so for a few hours, but it doesn't give much. Also, when your feet sweat, it's smelly and unfortunately causes me blisters where the small straps are, but gorgeous design! As described and a great style.

A beautiful looking shoe but unfortunately very uncomfortable to wear since the strap at the back of the foot keeps coming off and my toes got blisters too. Was hoping to buy in other colours when i looked at it but after having worn i will not buy any more
