Only downfall…no game rules. I know it looks self explanatory but for those that don’t get it may want to include different ways to play. But fun and engaging

I have played this game a few times, so when I saw it on here I thought "hey, why not". This set is well made. It's not the highest quality item you'll ever buy, but it is made pretty well and I am not worried about if falling apart so long as it is not played with too roughly. The board is a bit larger than I expected (which is a good thing). The game can be played with two players and essentially you are trying to get all the pucks onto the other person's side of the board. It can get a bit heated and challenging which makes it a ton of fun. I recommend getting this game if you are looking to have a fun quick game that can help keep people entertained.

My 7th grade students enjoy this when we have a few free moments at the end of a class.

Like the fact that the rules state.. make up your own game and rules. Very well made

It's really a simple game, and with a little coordination its very easy to get the puck through the hole but it's still lots of fun.After we got too good at the puck through game we started changing it to see how slow it could be sent, and closest to the distant end without touching wins. Also fun to change it to a bump your opponent game.Making up new and fun ways to play make it even more fun for the kids.

Ok, let's start with the good stuff. It's solidly built. It's just a basic wood tray with a divider that has a hole in it to allow the pucks through. THe pucks are just solid pieces of wood in circle forms. Everything thing is a bit roughly finished except the painted portion of the wood which looks decent enough.The goal or object of the game is to get more of your pucks to the other side of the board by flinging them using the stretchy strings like a slingshot through the hole knocking pieces out of the way. At least, thats what I think the goal is for because the directions are a bit sparse and I guess you can just make up your game as you go along.THe problem is that I got bored of it within a minute of playing because it's kinda one-dimensional seeing as that all you can really do is aim as hard as you can for the middle hole and hope things get knocked around in your favor. Maybe a child will be entertained by this for a bit, but I couldn't see myself playing it unless a child wanted to because it's so one-dimensional and pointless. You can hardly strategize or make it more creative than what it really is flinging pieces of wood through a round hole.3/10 I wouldn't recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.

Fun game. Would rather have the original version where you get goals.

Well made game board, though the wood used on the base is not the most durable.The set looks good and the markings are inked well with no faded parts. It comes with a lot of discs of both colors and some extra elastic strings if you need a replacement. Everything is also sanded smooth so there was no fear of splinters or anything while we were playing.The instruction manual is very sparse, but you can look up various rules online if needed since there are a few ways to play.My only critique is the type of wood used. It feels like balsa wood, which is very light and smooth, but it is not very strong and will wear easily. For playing the game, that should not be an issue...but since there is no storage case other than the box it arrived in, we will need to be careful where it gets kept. There is also nowhere to store the pucks and extra strings. Not a huge issue at all, but something to consider.
