My daughters & I decided to have a mud mask “party”, & all 3 of us tried this product out. Mine didn’t come with the little black “scoop” that others received. We just used our fingers to apply. The first thing I noted was that the packaging is odd; it’s very plain & unremarkable, with Chinese writing on it. For that reason, I wouldn’t say that this would make a good gift. If they changed the packaging, & maybe the name, it would probably be a 5 star review. That being said, there were English instructions, & everything was sealed and packaged nicely. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the little container, because the product itself is really nice! It’s “light” all around…light in color & texture. Not a super heavy clay mask, and I prefer it lighter. It’s easy to spread, and it doesn’t crack and flake off, and a little goes a long way! It’s not ugly to wear, either, it’s just a light grey/mint color, and the scent is a very light & pleasant mint scent. It isn’t harsh and doesn’t irritate the senses or the skin; it smells very natural. All 3 of us have sensitive skin, & it didn’t irritate any of us. If anything, it helped, and left us with a lightly fresh, clean feeling. I feel it was effective without being harsh or too aggressive, like some of the perfume-y masks and creams & cleansers can be. I would definitely recommend it; my eldest has very oily skin & it helped clean her pores without irritation. I just wish they’d change the packaging, but…great product!

So i love and hate this product lol. It makes my face feel to tight if that makes sense? almost dry? The smell isnt bad or strong where it makes your eyes water and my face did feel clean afterwards its just that tight weird feeling I didnt care for, but once i moisturized it was fine and looked great! give it a try.

It’s a nice clay mask. I love that it comes with a little “spatula”, very helpful. I’ll be using it with my other masks as well. The mask itself went on nicely, felt a little tingly. My skin felt very smooth and clean afterwards. The only con was that it took a while to wash off, but wouldn’t be a problem/mess if you were in a shower.

This comes in a opaque black plastic jar with a black plastic screw on lid. It’s easy to open and close. Under the lid is a white plastic seal with a pull tab to lift up. After opening, the first thing I noticed was the peppermint scent, and it smells really good, I love peppermint scented products used on the face, especially during winter. They also include a plastic scooper which is longer than other scoopers I have gotten in the past with skin care products so I really liked that. The English ingredients list and directions are on the side of the box and it’s easy to read and understand. This can also be used on the chest and back as well as your face. Straight out of the jar it feels like a cold thin clay mask. It’s soft and applies to the face smoothly. It’s suggested to leave on 15-20 minutes and I left mine on for the full 20 minutes. I have dry, sensitive skin and I had no redness, burning, itching, bumps, or any other negative reactions while applying or after washing off. The mask dries hard on the face and although it takes a bit longer to wash off since it’s clay, it still washed off quicker than other clay masks I have tried. During the 20 minutes on, the peppermint scent is very subtle so good for sensitive noses. After washing off, I did use a moisturizer since I have dry skin, but I don’t think it completely stripped my skin of moisture but I felt like I needed it. I didn’t notice any difference in my pores so hopefully with continued use I can see more results, but my skin does feel a little softer.From the date of my review, mine has an expiration date of February 2025.

I have combo skin that can get really oily sometimes during certain weeks. I used this to clear my pores, and I love the cooling and peppermint scent. It does make my face feel tighter after using, however I think it is because it also more drying than I would like.

This little tub of clay mask is so cute! I love the little ghosties on the label. I also love that it comes with a spatula to keep it hygienic.It smells very peppermint-y in the tub but once it was on my face the scent faded. The clay is very thick and has a rich quality to it. It does not feel chalky going on. My skin definitely looks glowy after I rinse it off and I can see the places where it has absorbed the oils. Unfortunately it absorbs a little too much oil for my skin type. I'm on the dryer side and I had to really moisturize afterword. Because of this, I can't use it too often but I think that someone with oily skin would really love this mask.

I love me, some self-care, and Korean beauty always seems to hit the jackpot. This mask is relaxing and not too drying, but leaves my skin feeling refreshed and cleansed. It has a mild, earthy sent and comes with a nice little applicator spatula. I didn’t feel any discomfort during wear, and usually leave it on until it dries out. It doesn’t take much. I think I applied too much the first time.

As soon as I received this I wanted to try it, I will say most of the instructions and ingredients come in Chinese so don't throw away the box without reading it first. I like how it comes with a spatula to scoop out the product and not have to use your fingers. I applied it to my face and in some places a bit too much as I learned when it was time to rinse off my face that you only need a thin layer or you will have a hard time washing this off. My skin felt soft but also a bit dry although I did not mind since I do have oily skin. I put on a moisturizer and cant wait to use it again.
