Very nice. But I wish it would go onto the top of my shoulders more when I lean back against the soft instead of massaging just my neck.

Really pleased with this, I was hesitant to buy it at first as you never know how good these kinda things will be. But I can honestly say this one is great. It can go really hard if you require that and feels really good.
