Okay.. I was super skeptical about this purchase because you know on tiktok ppl get paid to advertise this product. But I drink this every morning when I get off work at 7 and I can definitely see changes in my bloating. Ofc I work out after I drink it I don’t go crazy but I do at least 15-20 min of cardio. Idk why ppl say it’s nasty I honestly think it’s pretty good I got the watermelon slush and it’s really good. The smell is okay it literally smells like a bunch of greens. I believe it’s worth the money to at least try it out. I’m satisfied with my purchase. I got it April 18 and I’ve used it everyday and I’m almost finished I can’t wait to buy the Miami vice !! Drinking this in the morning I don’t be hungry afterwards I just eat at noon.

I am health-conscious and I've been drinking kiala for a year. Whatever it does it does it well because it gives me a sustained energy I feel like my tummy is not as acidic I am not as hungry and I drink this before anything else I used to drink something similar to this but they stop selling it I tried other brands and kiala is a little bit pricey but I like the taste and how it makes me feel. I just wish that the price would be a little bit cheaper I always look when it's on sale because I want this to be a sustainable part of my health I drink it in the morning everyday I usually drink the berry one but this one was on sale and it tastes just as good The watermelon one tastes a little bit too diluted for me but this is one of the essentials that I must have unless someone makes a different product similar to this at a cheaper price than I will subscribe to that but so far kiala has worked. I research also about Bloom and orgaine. I used to use a product called very green from trader Joe's but they no longer sell it I like powder form for my supplements I noticed when I don't drink this I don't feel as healthy energized and I feel hungry all the time when I don't have it When I do drink it I feel it's neutralized the acidity in my body and it gives me just the right amount of lift to not be hyper but just the right amount of boost without crashing I mix this in with my collagen powder again it works for me I'm health-conscious if it was a little cheaper it'd be even better but I guess that's the reason why because it works but I did try another brand that was $25 and it worked well too but I'm still stuck on kiala. I also tell my daughters to drink it and visit their doctors regularly I try to give it to my mom as well who has diabetes and cravings again This is not a substitute for doctor's advice I'm letting you know that this happened for me If the quality and formula changes I will update Health is wealth for me and I have to invest in myself I please want the company to make it a little bit more affordable take advantage of the sales and auto-ship $35 to 40 is a lot to pay for this but it helps keep me healthier in the long run If you can afford it go on autoship Just remember that you're on auto-ship because I sometimes forget If I had only one thing to take to me on travels this would be it helps me with my appetite my energy level and I'm not doing a commercial for these people but I wish it would be more affordable but it works Happy health.

I have tried so many greens powders, they have all tasted like dirt and not helpful. I have been taking kiala for 6 months and it is amazing. My bloating is gone, I feel like I have more energy getting in more greens. The taste is unmatchable. You can’t go wrong with any of the flavors, my favorite is the watermelon slush and mixed berry.

I wanted to take some time actually using this product before I left a comment and review.I have tried several different greens and immediately tossed them in the trash because they all taste like dirt so I was a bit skeptical of this one but decided to try it.I was actually pleasantly surprised! It actually tastes good and doesn’t take like someone dug a hole and out the grass and dirt in a cup.I also noticed it gave me some energy to help get through the mornings as well.So I highly recommend especially if you are looking for something to help boost your energy, mixes well, and doesn’t taste like dirt!

I ordered Miami Vice and I do really like it! I’ve tried lots of other greens before, liquid chlorophyll, wheatgrass shots, etcetera. I tried this one mixed with water, added ice, and a splash of orange juice. It does have a mild greens smell to it, but the flavor is great! I can’t speak on the health benefits, but I can come back and update once I’ve been using it for a bit.

Update:The company generously offered me a refund. Thank you!! If none of the ingredients cause an issue for you, I highly recommend this greens powder. The taste is far & beyond any other I've tasted before. I really didn't taste the greens at all. It honestly felt like drinking a treat. I would have been a repeat customer, if it did not trigger a migraine for me. Uhg. This is fine. It tastes good, and I did enjoy drinking it for the time that I had it but I wasn't dying to buy another bottle. I do think it came with a good amount for the price, and the powder dissolved great in water. I just don't think it did anything for my health. I feel like it's a gimmicky product. Maybe long term it has results but I didn't experience anything in my time using it.

I love this stuff! I’ve been drinking Kiala for about 6 months. Started after major abdominal surgery to help with digestion and continued while on a GLP 1 to help prevent tummy issues. It works great to prevent constipation and bloating. Tastes like pineapple juice or tropical punch even though it looks super scary like swamp water. No grittiness or chalkiness.
