I love this flavour. I mainly use it before bedtime to get the slow-release protein synthesis whilst I'm asleep, and I'm benefitting from it. Recommended.

Mixes well if you put a little milk in first and then add the casein thereafter to stop it from sticking to the bottom of the cup. Taste is not strongly chocolatey which meant that at the start I would mix it with a small tsp or half a tsp of honey to make it go down easier. Seems good though.

So this product is used by me at home and before I go to bed and so I have problem mixing it with a spoon and in a large glass. The taste is ok, but depending on how you mix it, might not taste so good. It is also a fraction of the price of other brands and so works great for me! If your planning on taking this to the gym and mix it in a shaker, no this will not work even if you spent a good 4 minutes in my opinion.

Read the reviews and was expecting loads of lumps after mixing… but it’s absolutely fine in a shaker (I don’t have a metal ball in mine either) Mixes completely smooth, tastes good

I can’t fault the taste and it does what I need it to as an overnight/pre sleep protein shake, however it foams up so much when shaken that at least 50% of the drink is foam as is difficult to get down

I was looking for some casein protein and came across this, thought I would give it a go but the taste is just unbearable, horrible chemical taste that leaves a horrible after taste doesn’t taste anything like chocolate I’ve tried mixing it with water and milk to see if it would improve the taste it did not. If you value taste I wouldn’t bother buying.

still using this a year later and fresh. good night time protien to keep you filled up. cant comment on the gains but an excellent appetite suppressor
