Zoku Mini Ice Pop Moulds - Red

Bought this for me 2 1/2 year old toddler, I wasn't sure on what the actual size of the ice lolly itself would be - its a little bit smaller than a ping pong ball so in my opinion the perfect size ice lolly for a little one as any bigger and they tend to not be able to finish them. I had my doubts about pulling them out with the stick part not coming away from the actual ice lolly but I am happily proved wrong - its very easy.There is a fill mark to show you where to stop, pop the stick in - it just sits on top rather than locks in or anything and then the entire tray goes in the freezer so you need a bit of space and reasonably flat too - but that wasn't an issue for me and my freezer is deceptively small. You can literally put anything in them, I've bought smoothy mixture from the supermarket and also made up my own batch of natural yoghurt honey and fruit in the blender. It makes you want to get a bit more imaginative. I have even been known to have one in the evening too as its a naughty treat but due to its size its means you're not going overboard. This has to be one of my most favourite kitchen gadgets ever. Excellent quality, worth paying that little bit extra for because you know its well made and will last.

Great quality moulds allows easy use, filling, refill and washing. They are small, but the perfect size for young children to have a nice lolly. We juice fruit (oranges/apples etc) and put the juice in these to freeze. Our young boy gets a tasty fruity ice lolly and we know it's pure fruit juice. We've also make milk shakes and frozen them in it. A great milky ice lolly instead. Some people may be put off by the small size (a little bit smaller than a golf ball), but they are just right for our 2 year old. We find with bigger ones they take too long to eat and he just gets bored of eating them as he wants to carry on playing football/bike etc. Excellent quality. Recommended ideal size for younger children to use.

These are brilliant and worth every penny. Other moulds break easily but these are so easy to use and remove pops from. Brilliant for toddlers. I make fresh fruit smoothies and fill the mould with this. He can't get enough of them. Such an easy way to get him to eat fruit (and sneaky veggies added). They are small but you've got nine in total so have more than one or if you have youngsters who may be teething, this is an excellent size

These are so useful if you've got kids. I bought them in the summer and it's now December and I'm still refilling them every few days. Saves an absolute fortune in snacks. I used to buy or make all kinds of things, now they love getting in from school to see which lolly is ready. I bought a pack of the jewel shaped ones too for variety. I usually make a fruit smoothie up and freeze that which works well, especially with a bit of yogurt in to make it creamy, but juice, milk (chocolate milkshake worked well), etc. In the summer they loved just plain water frozen too. They are really easy to remove from the mold and clean too. The only thing to watch is where the kids drop the lolly sticks as we lost one in the garden initially. However you can substitute a calpol spoon as a handle, or similar.

Great quality plastic and very sturdy design, but it is just unnecessary big, it uses too much space in the freezer.

Really happy with these mounds - of all the ones I've tried these have lasted. We fill them daily, either sugar free squash or juice, make purées or mix yoghurt. I don't think the girls have had the same thing twice! Ideal for little people (my tots are two) Easy to fill and release. No leaks or spills. Doesn't take up a huge amount of space. Natural products and easy to clean. What more would you want?

Desde que llego a casa usamos esta polera a diario, eso que es invierno. Tiene el tamaño ideal para mi bebé de 18 meses, incluso el tamaño ideal para sus padres. La realidad es que son polos muy pequeños, pero suficiente para darse un gusto refrescante después de comer o merendar. Además siempre puedes comer dos si te parecen pequeños. Son de buena calidad, no gotean y los polos no cogen olor a la comida del congelador. Son fáciles de desmoldar, yo no he necesitado pasarlos por agua. Mi hija si que se mancha las manos, pero eso ya es por la técnica que ella tiene para terminar el polo. Cuando está entero lo agarra perfectamente del palo y lo va comiendo. Pero ella es de comer poquito y se le acaba desaciendo y lo acaba agarrando del revés y jugando... Hemos probado a hacer de pulpa de fruta y quedan bien. Y también excelente los realizados con el agua-zumo que sale de la piña natural, muy refrescante. Como contra, para lo pequeños que son los politos el armatoste ocupa bastante y no es flexible. Es bastante duro de forma que no se adapta al hueco del congelador. Hay que tener bastante sitio. En nuestro caso eso no es un problema. Antes que estos hemos usado mucho unas poleras en forma de "kalipo" pero a los adultos se nos hacia demasiado grande y mi hija no sabia como usarlo sin mancharse y acababa cogiendo el hielo directamente con la mano y poniendose perdida. Con esto mucho mejor.

Vraiment pratique. Permet de faire des glaces naturelles avec un minimum de sucre, et de tailles adaptées à un enfant. (smoothie, lait maternel,...) Le démoulage est très simple. Le manche est à mon avis adapté à partir d'1 an, avant la prise en main doit être un peu difficile. La forme losange fait qu'il prend pas mal de place dans le congélateur, mais je recommande vraiment cet achat.

Easy to use and just the right size for a toddler to 4 yr old-not so much that it drips, but enough to satisfy the little ones! I always have to ask for a quarter scoop of ice cream for the grandkids, so they have a chance to eat and it not melt it all over, and these pop molds do the same thing, creating a good portion for a little one. They pop right out with a gentle tug and all smiles. I used Kool-Aid lemonade packet and sugar and water to taste for lemon pops. A Big Hit!
