Hard to Know if it works; directions not helpful
It's hard to know whether the light is helping my 2 orchids in front of a south-facing window (in IL, zone 6a). the directions that come with the light are printed so small that I need to use a magnifying glass to read them and it's really not clear from those directions what each of the settings is for. When I press the button to change the type of light (from white/yellow to blue/red, for example), nothing happens. I'm still using it because it does have a timer. If your orchid is in a smallish pot (7" or less in height), and the light is extended 12" above the plant, it becomes tippy and can capsize the container, spilling all of the medium and exposing the roots. Better directions, please.

Lightweight, scheduled timer
Great functionality from it extention to its placement in your pots. Multi range lighting from daylight to soft light.
