I love this. Super easy to set up and use. You can make 3 different sizes of coffee in the morning. I also love that it tells you when you need to fill the water reservoir and when you need to clean the machine. It’s also sturdy and the coffee comes out and just the right temp.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My Keurig finally stopped working and, I knew I wanted to stay with the Keurig brand. I also wanted a small one. Functionality on this model is easy to operate. Also has the option to make your brew stronger. I would buy this one again.

Product purchased 1/5/2025 was difficult to close lid very often, had to hold top down to start process . I called Keurig to report complete failure to brew in early March I filled out a very tedious warranty and keurig refused to replace the product. My bad, I didn't have a warranty with Keurig or register with Amazon.

I am so far impressed with the performance of this little coffee machine . It makes a hot cup of strong coffee when selected and pretty fast as well. It was priced well with the discount I received so this was a bonus. This machine is also a space saver

We had a Keurig previously and it gave out on us after a number of years so we needed a new one! My hubby and I are on different schedules so we love the single serve, and this one was the perfect size to not take up a ton of space in the kitchen. It works great, brews super fast and we love it! The only complaint I have is that we bought little reusable cups to put our own ground coffee in (instead of using kcups) for our old machine, and they don’t fit in this one. I can’t seem to find ones that fit this machine, and I’m really missing our vanilla hazelnut blend! Otherwise it works great!

Bought this for my husband in June 2025 and it was great at first, but that didn’t last long. By last month, the machine completely stopped working. When a pod is inserted and the button is pressed, absolutely nothing comes out. Not even a drop. We even went as far as buying a cleaning pod, hoping it would help, only to discover that the machine won’t even power on anymore. For something that’s barely a few months old, this is beyond frustrating. Such a huge disappointment and a total waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
