I love it. It’s missing a piece in one I’m still waiting on. The box had been previously opened. The other box had not. I’d love for the manufacturer to send me that piece I sent a picture and everything if what was missing weeks ago. Hint hint !Love the light fan though. It’s an eye catcher ! A 4stars until I get the missing piece then 5!

This fan is not even 1 year old and fan has already stopped and they will not even support this anymore! Tried doing the things it said to do online nothing helped sorry company that will not help trouble shoot on the phone are even ask to replace it for a new one and it not even a year old.

The appearance is so different from most room fans. Installed easily, runs quietly and moves a lot of air.

I bought this to put up and get rid of the builders fixture. Been in our house for 10 years and my wife wouldn't make a decision. I sprayed it bronze color and hung it. Was easy to wire up. The remote control box was a very tight fit, but I got it in. The light is not dimmable and very Brite. Fan is nice.

Love thuis fan. We replaced a similar light fixture over our island in the kitchen because it gets warm In there when cooking or the oven is on. The lights provided are way too bright. They hurt your eyes. Daytime 60w LED. Went to replace them and they aren't standard so had to get adapters. Still like it but lowered the rating because of it.

Items that were advertised as included were not included!!! For that price, everything should have been included.

I receive the product in a badly damaged box. One of the braces on the wired cage was damaged and there were NO lightbulbs included. I was going to exchange it for another one, but there was not an option to do so. I would have had to return it and pay for shipping and then repurchase it which at the time was $100 more than what I bought it for. I was so disappointed.

"Wood" is plastic and looks fake. 6 months later the remote system doesn't work and the fan can only be controlled by the remote so the fan no longer works.
