1/2” Gas Quick Connect Kit, LP Gas Quick Connect Disconnect Connector & Male Insert Plug, Solid Brass

I ordered this "CALPOSE 1/2” Gas Quick Connect Kit, LP Gas Quick Connect Disconnect Connector & Male Insert Plug, Solid Brass" for my RV propane tank so that I could use a quick connect hose with our Blackstone Griddle, it works well and is easy to use.

Came looking here after realizing that big box stores don't readily carry quick connects. Very glad I found this - top quality threads and smooth connecting action. All you might need is a 1/2" coupler and you're probably good to go. This fit with a 1/2" FIP Brass Pipe Coupler that I got from that big orange box store. With how well this works, I'll quickly be picking another one if I can find a good use.

I needed these fittings for a natural gas line installation for a BBQ on the patio, These worked great with no issues and were less expensive than the ones at the Home store

I use my outdoor gas grill all year long rain and snow …I don’t care . I use it . WeeklyThere are times when it’s especially cold that the tank needs to be refilled. This quick connect disconnect will make that so much easier.The brass connect disconnect is well made. Checked it for leaks and found none.Very reasonably priced .Good value. Works well.

I paid more for our quick disconnect we use at this house for the patio grill. It is essentially identical to this one in all respects, except that the fit is a little less snug. It was made by a name-brand company, or at least labeled that way.This one is virtually the same, for less money. It is well machined and has a nice fit. Really solid feeling. I did run a pressure test just to make sure all is fine before I take it up to the farmhouse and at 30 psi it had no problem holding at that pressure.So although this isn't the sexiest of items, it is really useful for attaching and detaching your grill, and can be used for either LP of natural gas, as well as tanks or the way I do it, which is to have a gas line run out to the patio or deck.

Works great for what we needed it for, its well-made and good quality! Works perfectly to quickly connect/disconnect our ouni propane pizza oven up to the patio supply fitting.

The media could not be loaded.  Good quaility all brass quick conect fitting. Had to get some extra fitting to adapt to my hose anf regulator.

I think it's gonna work just fine. I wanted to add a quick disconnect to my line and this fit the existing line. I like the rubber cover/plug part. the quick disconnect snaps in tightly and no leaks or issues so far. I will report back if any problems develop.
