Efficacy 5/5 - Magnesium is definitely present in these gummies. I can tell the difference on nights I take them vs do not. I had dealt with quality of sleep and insomniac patterns most of my life, so magnesium helps me to fall asleep faster once I'm in bed instead of lying there awake.Taste 5/5 - Really tasty. No weird aftertaste or smells. They taste kind of like.. tarty-strawberry flavor. The chewiness is just right as well. I actually look forward to eating them at the end of the day because how delicious they are, lol. One way for me to never forget to take them!

The ingredients are vegan, which isn't important to me but I know that it is for plenty of people.The flavor is scrumptious. I sincerely wish that I could get these just as regular gummy candy. It's certainly possible that someone with self-control issues could eat too many. This brings me to another point:These work as a gentle, effective laxative when consumed in excess (3+ times the recommended dosage). Always follow directions.

Delicious but pricey

So in my house, a good number of our meals are plant-based. That's great for health, but our weak spot with nutritionally always seems to be calcium. Thus, why we were excited about these gummies.One dose of these gummies contains about 38% of the daily recommended amount. That's not bad for a gummy. We still will have to make sure we eat enough Kale and broccoli to get the rest, but this will just make it easier to get what we need. The taste is good. It's strawberry flavored and doesn't taste too artificial. I appreciate that two gummies have only 12 calories. Another gummy that I take has 20 calories per dose.My only gripe is the inclusion of ashwaganda here. It's starting to show up in too many supplements. If I don't want to overdose on the stuff, I have to be very selective with choosing my supplements nowadays.Great supplement though. I would still recommend them to anyone looking for extra calcium and especially to pill averse folks.

Just started taking they are very good wanted to get in more magnesium without all the sugar these are great sugar free and I think it helps me sleep anyway very satisfied packed with a lot of other good vitamins

So yummy and easy to take. I just started so I won’t be able to tell. But love the fact that they’re sugar free and taste great.

Great flavor and fast acting. Has helped with muscle fatigue and moodiness.

Taste like liquid hand soap and made me want to vomit! Gross and lingers all day in your mouth!
