I wanted to connect a tablet to a projector. Unfortunately, the USB Type C port on my Lenovo Tab P11 Plus does not have the ability to connect to an external video display. This is a shortcoming of my tablet, not this adapter.I then tried this adapter on my Samsung Galaxy S22 and it worked instantly without any activity on my part. The Dex launched and I was able to control my phone on the projector's display, showing my photo slideshow.

I needed this product as a hub for 2 hdmi's. I am learning that I am not as tech savvy as i thought. You cannot put 2 hdmi's into the same port. so have to make another purchase. However, this piece is definitely worth the purchase. My laptop only has 1 type C and 1 USB

I bought this for my son so he can use a mouse on his laptop and I can honestly tell you that he NEVER EVER puts it away. Not one complaint, it works exactly like it's supposed to. As long as you take care of it and don't be rough with the wiring, it will last a very long time. Definitely worth the price.

Used with my Samsung ultra 23 and it works both dex and screen mirror mode.Beats the smart TV function at hotels.

It was working fine and then my HDMI started going out and my USB connected to my mouse was lagging very badly. I finally realized it was this and not the particular products. I do not recommend it. It was cheaply made, and not worth your time.

Not all USB-C ports are created equal. My Dell OptiPlex 7050's only USB-C port is data only. It works on my laptop with no issues.

Setting up is easy. Makes amazing picture. The hook up is tight
