Guitar Chord Dictionary (Alfred Handy Guides)

I bought this on recommendation from my guitar tutor. It gives an overview of guitar parts, note values, guidance on tuning, lists many chords and moveable barre chords with a handy fretboard chart on the back and is a handy format for keeping in a gig bag. There is a very good section on identifying chords in keys. It is in an easy reference style so you can quickly find what you are looking for. A very useful book indeed.

Easy to use lots of info to digest

We bought this for our son-in-law, who is learning guitar. He has some experience, but wanted a book of chords and he has found this little book invaluable.

I have the Ukulele Chord Dictionary so I knew what I was getting. Lots of useful info in a pocket size booklet.

These books, covering various stringed instruments, are handily sized, well se-=out, practical and comprehensive. Nice one, Morton Manus. Love it.

It’s a good book. Bit confusing and would've liked more on things like major, minor scales and pentatonics.
