This product worked far better than I thought it would. It is exactly as advertised, and I did follow the instructions to choose a color slightly darker than my own, which definitely worked. It is very easy to apply, and although I am only using it on a few spots, I am certain that it would cover thinning hair patches on the top or back of the head. My application lasts about a day. I don’t know what I pictured, but it is a cylindrical container that opens by pulling on a ribbon and there is a small makeup like brush with it. Would definitely not accidentally open in a make up bag. It is very easy to get some on the brush and then because of the type of brush you can literally put the powder on as little or as much hair as you like.

Second time I have purchased this item. I love it because it is very easy to use and covers amazingly well. I have some spots on my scalp that are thinning as well as some grey and this product adheres to the scalp and hair with a one time brush. Some products seem not to have so much color and you have to use a lot to cover up a small spot. So this product lasts longer than others for that reason. Blends well with my hair color and not noticeable. Excellent product for the money. I really love it.

The applicator isn’t a very smart design. I mean, you were trying to get a straight line against a part without dying the color of your skin, and yet the applicator is round. So it’s not so much about the product itself as it is about how to apply it.

Great product, fast delivery, reasonably priced. I've lost quite a bit of hair from illness and this product gives me enough cover to conceal that loss. It does not transfer to my pillow nor has it traveled on my skin outside of where I place it. I do use a regular stiff makeup brush instead of the tiny one supplied with the product. I highly recommend this Color Root Touch Up as not only a gray coverup but a hair loss coverup.

This is my first time using this product. When I use other powders to cover my grays, I always choose light brown, however, this is super light! I have some faded highlights so in a way it works out almost matches my highlights.I need to figure out what my next color choice should be that matches my roots. Other than that, it seems to work great.

I purchased to give my wigs a touch of gray, my front hair line is gray it frames my face, I blend my hair into my wig. Every wig I wear people think it's my hair. This is a very good product it washes right off and it doesn't Smudge your clothes. I have it in black also for my own hair for when I wear my black wig.

Quick ship and I love that it comes with a small brush as well as the sponge applicator. Also… I am an aging redhead whose hair color is fading a bit with age and graying, this is a nice match for covering some of the white hair coming in.

I like that it doesn't look sprayed on. Wasn't sure what color to get with my highlighted hair. But it worked out. Didn't really last until washed but still lasted throughout the day. Not a large bottle so we'll see how long it lasts. I won't use it every day so should last a while. Worth trying out in between coloring.
