Doors like new.
These were a perfect fit. It took me literally 5 minutes to change these out. You just need to make sure garage doors are open. Unbolt the old ones, lift up on bar, twist old ones up and out, put these in, bolt back up. Contrary to some videos I did not take tension off the springs. I have replaced springs, cables, brackets, and rollers over time. This fix was the easiest.Saved about 200 bucks.

Great kit, fits the existing to convert from EZ-set to regular torsion, way better
I got tired of having to replace my EZ-set springs every 3 years so decided with the help of a youtube video to convert my EZ-set torsion springs to regular torsion springs which will last a LOT longer and were much cheaper than the manufacturer replacement every 3 years. These were part of the complete kit of pieces needed and all arrived together, and have been easy to fit and work perfectly together to open and close the double garage door multiple times a day and hopefully for many years to come.

Seem ok, but don’t roll perfectly smooth
The brackets are sturdy and the bearings are firmly set in them. My 1” torsion rod fit perfectly. My only complaint is the quality of the bearing seems less than I’d expect, but perhaps my expectations are rather high for a simple door bearing. I’m used to wheel bearings which roll very smoothly. These do not roll perfectly smooth when turned by hand. That said, I installed these along with nylon rollers, and my garage door is super quiet now. I will see how long these last.

12gauge 2.6mm thickness as advertised made in Canada
My Duralift DLK16 kit comes with 2.4 thickness end plates so I replaced them with these. These are much more studier and aligns perfectly with Duralift flags. Not sure how Duralift screwed up their design, both end plates are exact same size but this brand aligns perfectly while Duralift own plate does not, weird. The bearing is definitely sleeve, just like Duralift . As a matter of fact, just about all the bearings on the market are sleeve. You can just shake them right out of the box and hear them plays - not good. So I just finally ordered a Donepart ball bearing1641NR-2RS, these 2RS have 3x the rating of standard sleeve bearings (1250lb vs 400lb static load). And it's the only one I can find that comes with snap ring so it locks in place. Fingers crossed let's see how it goes. For those of you who wants to know how to remove the bearing, it's not hard. There are multiple ways to do this. Best method is using an HF hydraulic press. Me I just use a 6" vice to remove and press them into place, you can just buy an HF hole cut kit for a few bucks, make your own sizing out of 2x4 and apply to the vice. Let's wrap it up it is imperative you replace these Chinese made sleeve bearing - yes, they're made in China but the plates are assembled in Canada. These sleeve bearings will eventually freeze on you in a few years, knowing this project is a pain you'll need to do it right the first time so you can forget about it. Don't forget to take your time, make sure everything is properly leveled and even, slow is fast :)

Perfect replacement.
These match in shape/ thickenss the brackets I replaced. This made the job much easier as I simply marked the outline of old ones with a sharpie to keep the original alignment.Door much quieter. Can’t speak for durability, may need to change my review in 10 years;)

Exact replacement part
Work out great. Same as originals that were Installed. There probably was no need to replace these or the rollers but as a upkeep/ Maintainence i decided to replace these when my springs broke on my 15yr old garage door. After replacing these and the rollers the garage actually was a bit quieter coming up and down. You may also want to pick up some garage door lubricant as well to spray on the wheels bearings joints and springs ever few months to keep them working good and keep the squeeking down. Make sure to put these on correctly just as the originals were installed because you can easily flip them the wrong way.
