SOOO strong!!! Not your grandma’s sticky tabs!!!
The media could not be loaded. I have been doing my own nails my entire life. And now that my daughter is a teenager, the nail collection just keeps growing. I’m pretty proficient with dips, gels, resins, full coverage and partial tips of many kinds, glues and even good ol’ sticky tabs. But y’all, these babies are not your average sticky tabs! Holy cow do they stick!!!! Not even kidding, this are my new holy grail nail product for quick full coverage nail tips! And I own a LOT of brands when it comes to sticky tabs, especially for my daughter. But these have actually gotten me to prefer having my nails done with sticky tabs instead of resin or glue or other methods due to the fact that my nail is completely unharmed and healthy after removal. But be prepared, removal is not as simple as just popping them off since they are so strong. This video is after TWO AND A HALF WEEKS of brutal wear! That’s way longer than I usually wear the same set of nails. In fact, that’s why they look rough. I had a party to go to, but my nails were literally still so stuck on that I just painted them a second time. I NEVER do that. Especially with sticky tabs bc usually they are so quick to remove being that they usually only last 3-5 days tops, and that’s with care. But these suckers last me beyond my normal wear time which is 2 weeks. I like to give my nails a night to breath every two weeks. Plus, I just looove the feeling of a fresh set of nails. My daughter and I make a fun bonding time out of it. And with sticky tabs, there’s no damage to the actual nail, and although these do take effort to get off, they still come off waaay easier than chemical soaking and drilling. In the video I’m showing how I remove these without ripping my nail. I’m using nail glue remover to help it a bit easier, but it’s not necessary if you take your time. And definitely don’t use nail glue remover if you’re planning on keeping and reusing your mail set. Which is another benefit of sticky tabs over other adhesive methods. Use the twisting stick trick to quickly remove %100 of the sticky tab residue from the back of the nails. That tik tok trick literally leaves your favorite nails like brand spanking new. I love this bonus. Truly reusable nails! Nail glues and resins ruins fake nails and makes them disposable. But you can rotate through your favorite nail set over and over and over and over again with sticky tabs. But finally, there’s a brand that truly holds up as good if not better than glue! (Better in my opinion bc there’s no “popping off” embarrassments with sticky tabs). When a sticky tabs is ready to let go, it’s a slow process and you have plenty of warning. You can just press it back down to get through the day until you’re back home and ready to redo your nails. Which also means, you won’t have those moments of searching for a popped off nail in a public place and risk of losing it and ruining the chance of reusing that set. Especially important for designer sets! Now, obviously, like everything that needs to adhere good, PREP IS KEY! To get awesome sauce wear like I get, don’t skimp on your nail prep!! Two week wears, means that’s just two 10 minute manicures a month. So give yourself the full 10 minute manicure/prep. Really remove and take care of all your cuticles. Most people don’t really get all their cuticles and wonder why their nails don’t last as long. Get those cuticles girl! Then buff gently but evenly, paying extra attention to the edges. Then wash your hands and nails with a nail brush (don’t forget to scrub underneath!!!) with dawn dish soap or something equivalent at removing grease. Don’t use regular bath soap or moisturizing soap which leaves residue that with actually weaken the adhesive power. Dry completely with a clean towel and then do a nail dehydrator/ph prep application. I also brush the nail dehydrator underneath my nails and around the edges of my cuticles. Ok, now your nails are awesomely prepped and ready for the sticky tabs! Tip: cut off any excess hanging off of your nails! This to me is absolutely necessary in getting good wear time. Junk will build up underneath your nail and every piece of dirt will just stick and collect if you leave any hanging off your nail. Likewise, it’s best to not have a gap from the edge of your nail and the edge of the sticky tab either. So trim your nails to the optimal size matching the sticky tabs. If they’re nice and even, you’ll have nice clean nails underneath that will last a lot longer and be more enjoyable to wear. Hope this review helps!! Certainly worth a try, even if you just want a quick nail set for a few days with lazy, little to no nail prep that can even be thrown on in a car ride to an event. Definitely worth having on hand, whether you are a nail connoisseur or just practicing or beginner. Please give a like if any of this information was helpful!

My Go To For Press On Nails
I really like BTartbox products, they are the only nail set that actually fits my thumbs - I have long nail beds, and I wouldn’t consider my nail beds that wide - but for most press on’s the thumb never fits. I love the nails, love the glue dots - I have used the “glue” yet, but these adhesive tabs, if you do it the right way, my nails will stay on for a week.

BTArtboxnails glue tabs
Love these tabs! I use press on nails & found they pooped off with the glue. Made the switch to glue tabs & these are my go to ones!!

Pleasantly surprised!
I put these press ons on two weeks ago today of my writing this review. They were easy to apply, love the little tab at the end and the numbers. In the two weeks I had em on, only the thumb nails popped off but maybe I didn't choose the right adhesive size for my thumbs. The rest had a little lift but not much to notice-pretty solid for the most part. I removed them today, just with a cuticle pusher. The sticker stayed in tact for the most part and stayed on the press on more than my natural nail. I was able to peel them off my press ons, and wiped it down with a bit of rubbing alcohol and they are good as new to use again someday :)My natural nails have minimal damage after taking them off which a bit of buffing, nail oil and time will heal. They do smell like nail glue when applying so I'm going to apply them in the bathroom next time not my bedroom, the smell is not so much once you wear them though. I'm so glad so many come in a pack cause I will be using them from now on!!

Actually useful!
I do gel X nails on myself and have for a very long time and would always just redo the one fingernail if one happened to pop off. However, with nail art or designs, it was tricky to replace them because I couldn’t just use UV light curing nail glue to adhere them so I would have to redo the entire design. I haven’t been impressed with sticky tabs in the past but these ones actually work. I have realized that you need to do a bit of prep work, but it’s much easier than redoing the entire nail from the beginning. So if I have one that pops off, I file down my nail and my extension and then use a nail dehydrator on both and then adhere the sticky tab and hold it down for a minute or so. I avoid water for the next hour or two and then they stay for several days. I am pretty hard with my nails with two little kids and a lot of dishes, going to the gym, showering, cleaning, etc. I can tell that the nails that I use a tab on move a little bit more than the UV nail glue that I use, so I am a little bit more gentle on those nails like I don’t use them to open soda cans and things like that but they also stay on for the duration that I need them to. I haven’t ever done a full set with these because I just use them to repair my gel X, but I am pleased. They do smell very strongly, but that’s something I’m willing to trade off for the strength. They are also a bit harder to take off than my other nails because they’re so sticky but some acetone helps with that. In the image, my thumbnail has been on for about five days and I just redid the pinky. The other three are original and you can’t tell the difference.

Annoying to Use
These adhere well to the nail, but also adhere too well to the plastic they come on. Trying to remove them from the backing is a nightmare. I waste a handful each time using them as they stick oddly and stretch.

Worked great!
Works great for short term use. Lasted about 3.5 days which is all I really needed/wanted. Probably could have lasted longer considering I did not do the proper nail prep and I'm constantly using hand sanitizer, lotion, etc. Also no issues in the shower or with washing dishes. They really only came off when I took them off. None fell off prematurely. Great for those times you don't want to use nail glue.
