Powerful but will increase your energy bill considerably
I am already using microtek jumbo model of 72 volt (6 battery system). It easily runs 1.5 ton AC for 5-6 hours. You can also run any other home appliances too ie press, microwave, 1.5hp submursible, storage geyser etc.Just note one thing that energy efficiency of these systems with lead acid battery is around 50% only ie if you use 5 units of electricity in a day from inverter, it will require 10 units to charge.In addition, even if the power supply is 24 hours and you don't use inverter, standby energy consumed by inverter, cooling fan and tickle charge to batteries (which runs 24 hours) is around 165 watts. In 24 hours it will consume 4 unit. It becomes 800-100 rupee per month depending upon electricity rate in your area.Cooling fan noise of big UPS is quite high) which runs 24 hours) hence installation shall be away from normally used rooms.Accordingly you can decide.
