This diaper pail is a neat idea and I love it. However, with any pail, if you leave used diapers in it for too long, you will get the “stench.” It works only if you keep up with it. That’s why I got the smaller/shorter version for adult pants…a care giver’s friend! It works. You use any bag you like for the pail, then wrap the individual adult pants in the Arm and Hammer scented assorted colors diaper bags and no smell(I dump it every day or immediately for emergency pants). Hope I made sense.

The small one doesn’t hold a lot of diapers but it is well made and works well to keep the smell out of the room.

Like the concept but it often gets stuck when turned over. Still trying it out.

Does what it is supposed to do

the discharge shoot clogged even though it held a kitchen garbage bag the design did not facilitate a capacity of more than 3-5 diapers

This does exactly what it advertised.

I was searching for diaper pail for adult diapers and this came up. It does not work. Diapers are too big and get stuck and it doesn't hold enough. I thought it would hold at least 6-7 adult diapers but they get stuck after 3. I think that it would work for small baby diapers that can be balled up and secured with tabs prior to placing them into the unit.

Great little contraption! I don't have babies anymore, so I use it for my two little fur babies!!! Works great and solves the "odor" problem. Highly recommend!!!
