it works exactly as it should. if you want to use this as a muscle massager, its great. not a lot of difference between low/medium/high, but it gets deep into the muscle and works knots out. the handle doesnt transfer a lot of vibration, which is nice. if your wife wants to use it or... other... things, it wont take her long. do what you will with that information

Please help me understand how to charge the massasger. It comes with a plug in charger, but the device does not have a hole to insert the charger. I may have to return if there is no clarificaiton

Because of its power, I'm looking for another one. To the manufacturer. What would be great, same power with 3 settings, H M L, I realize at least one settings has a high and low. The low needs to be lower. H, M, Lower. Also, less vibration patterns.

I've been wanting one of these massagers for awhile. I was excited to find this rechargeable option. I charged it up and gave it a try. I like the different speed options, although I do wish there was one under the low option. I didn't care much for the different patterns, but I don't have to use those, so it doesn't bother me that they are there. Charging was a little tricky, but you basically just shove the plug into the device through the silicone (there is a spot marked for charging). When you remove it, it sort of self seals...if that makes sense. I have not tried it in the water, so I cannot verify that the water proof option works. But overall, I'm very happy with this massager.

It quit after 1 use. It was garbage. It's in the trash now.

This hand held massager has a lot of power and is easy to use. It comes in a nice black bag and the handle is soft and comfortable. I am not crazy about the suggestive design of the massager, but to each their own.My issues with this massager are twofold. First, to charge the massager, you have to locate the place on the handle to plug it in. Everything is black, so it took me quite a while to finally locate where to plug it in! It would be very helpful to have a small dot in a color to make it easier to find. I knew where it was supposed to be but I still couldn’t find it.Secondly, the massager buttons to turn it off and on don’t always work. The buttons are on the padded handle and buried in the padding so I would have to click it off and on several times before I could make the connection and turn it on. Sometimes it never would turn on or off.When I was finally able to charge it and turn it on, my neck and shoulders felt so much better after massaging them with this massager. I just wish they could get the issues on the handle corrected.
