interesting concept
Arrived in time and packaged very well. This is am interesting concept and at first I wasn't sure why there is a flat surface. Then we realized you're suppose to tie the patients hands down so they don't grab anything. I am not sure how well the velcro will hold up on the long run. So far it works!

Effective gloves to prevent removal of medical equipment for a disabled family member. SEE UPDATE.
UPDATE:Disabled family member has small wrists. The Velcro doesn't secure enough so either the hand is pulled out or the Velcro comes loose. Due to this wrenching on the glove, it has started to come apart. I will have to come up with my own Velcro addition to make this a workable product. Good concept, but starting to fail in operation. Since the straps are only attached at the back of the glove, it allows a lot of force to be applied, which has started the tearing process. My disabled family member is a small female not much over 100 pounds, so I'm not talking about a lot of strength here. Improvements to the product need to be made. Dropping from 5 stars to 2 stars.BOTTOM LINE:1. I recommend this Lmaray restraint gloves.2. The current price of ~$17 is reasonable.LIKES:- They work. Easy to put on and easy to secure. Long straps give lots of options to keep hands restrained.- Long straps so I can provide a large degree of mobility while still keeping everything protected.- Breathable. Sweaty hands are no fun for anyone.- Hard pad on the bottom doesn't allow for grabbing like pretty much everything else I've tried.- Washable, but hand-wash only.- Zipper at the front. This helps me clean hands, as well as position them inside the gloves while securing to the wrist.- Well made.DISLIKES:- None.
