Love it! As much as I love me some caffeine unfortunately most pre-workouts and energy drinks give me really bad anxiety. I take two scoops of this in about 8 ounces of water and I don’t mind the flavor. It’s pretty good not the best but to be honest I care more about it not tasting bad and the results are what I’m looking to judge. The energy is really good with no tingles and no heart palpitations. It’s crazy how effective it is but at the same time it doesn’t induce any anxiety for me so this is a game changer to my workout routine! I was able to lift a lot heavier and push myself these past couple of days of taking it. I also don’t get any type of crash. 10/10!!!

I purchased this after being influenced by Alix Earle on TIkTok. I do pilates several times per week, usually after work so I thought this would give me the energy I needed. I do not feel at all jittery when I take this. Do I feel a surge of energy, I wouldn't say so but if it helps to keep me energized to continue working out I'll take it. I am in the midst of a health journey and have lost 43lbs with only 7lb to go and will continue using this product even when I have met my goal. The berry flavor is definitely my favorite of all the pre-workout products.

I rarely drink coffee, because it makes me sooo jittery and anxious. This stuff is the best preworkout I’ve found. I’ve tried others but always come back. - no jitters - no crash - alert and energized but not wired - tastes amazing - no stomach upset (I’m sensitive) - huge margin of error (can take 1-6 scoops)

Im very happy with my purchase. I like the flavor and I definitely feel the energy without the crash. I also like to add it to smoothies and I stopped drinking coffee right after waking up! This is a great pre workout. It mixes easily. I lost 6 pounds on the first week. I start my day with hydration and a boost of energy.
