8 Pin to Type C Adapter 2-Pack, Coolbee 8-Pin Female to Type C(USB C) Male Charge and Sync Adapter Transfer 8 Pin Cable to USB-C Cable for USBC Type C Devices (Gray)

I purchased this adapter hoping it would work with Apple's lightning headset but it doesn't. I don't understand what the purpose of this adapter is, if it doesn't work with audio. It's easy (and cheap) to purchase USB-C charging cables, and those will be a lot more durable than those adapters. Waste of time and money, sorry.Follow up: tried to charge with them, seems to work but a bit slow.

If you are looking for an adapter to plug older lighting accessories into new devices with USB-C port, don’t buy this. It won’t work. I bought this for connecting my glucometer to my new iPad. When it didnt work, I contacted the glucometer manufacturer & was told I needed to buy an adapter that is “Apple Certified”. So don’t bother with this adapter.

It only works on the USB cable lightning connector. I tried the iPhone11 data cable, but it can’t charge my iPad Pro.

Garbage. Don't buy these.If they work at all, they'll go in-and-out of connectivity. Janky product from some unknown janky company.'After' you receive them, it comes with instructions/qualifiers that make zero sense... something to the effect of "doesn't work with Apple charging adapter" ... but to "only use Apple OEM equipment/adapter" .... which IS the original Apple equipment that comes with devices.Steer clear.

Excellent way to be able to use my iPad Pro with my MacBook Pro with a simple and easy adaptor plug - Apple Stores are charging a fortune for new plugs and dongles - something of which I refuse to keep paying full price for. The computer itself was pricey enough - the fact that I then needed $300 in dongles and adaptors infuriated me!This plug will also help you out in connecting your iPhone to your computer - which of course was the silliest move by Apple yet! Introduce a new computer that cannot hook up or even charge up your phone...it was just silly not including an adaptor in the box for either the computer or the phone. I'm hoping that Apple makes up their mind soon over which plug is going to be their new favorite and stick with one and only one type!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They do NOT allow returns!! Does NOT work!!

Product is fine, but did not permit audio to be heard from an iPAD Pro when using with Apple firewire earbuds (only reason for the 3 stars). Does work for enabling charging of an iPAD Pro when using a firewire connector. Overall, good product, just did not work for my primary purpose.
