Works like you think it would. Hang perfectly from my pull up bar. Connecting hooks are not in the most perfect location, but it does not interfere with workout. Easy to take on and off. Good quality. Feels very stable.

It’s easy to set on the pull up bar to my home gym. The cuffs are comfortable on my triceps and seem to be built for heavier folks. While I’ve only had it for a day they’re so far really good. I’m anticipating that it’ll maintain durability, but we shall see. I like the way they look and I am happy that I can work on my grip while the product supports my weight. All in all definitely worth the money

Makes you isolate muscles correctly

Quality is mid. The screw mechanism on my unit became stuck and I was unable to open the hinge to hang it to my bar because the screw was stuck. I guess it was not too bad but atleast my unit was faulty.
