This was exactly the right product for me. I'm so thankful I found it. This is my second purchase now. I had Achilles surgery about 7 months ago. The wound took a long time to heal, and every time it did heal I would bump it against something and break it open again. Not only is the cushioning on this sleeve protecting my wound, it's also helping to keep it completely moisturized because I put lotion on before I put the sleeve on. Highly recommend if you are in this situation. I wash them by hand though. I did notice other reviewers say they will disintegrate if you put them through the washer

The media could not be loaded. So far these are very comfortable. I have Achilles tendinitis in my left heel cord/foot. I do wear full compression socks during the day, as I’m on my feet all day so I will be wearing these under those. If my review changes I’ll update in the future, but so far (Achilles tendinitis is very painful to the touch) the gel pouch keeps it from rubbing against the back of the shoe. The gel pad is attached to the inside of the sleeve (see video). Use size chart to get the right size.

I can wear it underneath my socks and my brace for added protection.

They worked well the 1 time I got to use them for a couple hours. Went to put the second day and the inside shredded. Single use only. Not washable or reusable. Waste of money as I need one every day due to a deep split in my heel that I've been trying for months 2 get to close and the dr recommended something like this. Very disappointed.
