Way to soft!!! Gives zero back support!
This is the second lumbar support I have bought to use in my car because I suffer with lower back pain. The first one I bought was a soft as a sponge.And this one was not much better, read all reviews saying how firm it was. But it wasn’t!!As soon as your back sits against it, it’s goes flat giving zero support!!Very disappointed!!

Used as neck support.
This support roll was a little bit too big diameter to be used as a lumbar roll but I now use it in the car as a neck support.
