No need for additional software. Just plugs in and works through your computer's camera app. Takes a moment to position and get the right angle and the light adjustment can be a little funny, but the settings make it easy to alter. The neck bends so you can get closer to the thing you're projecting and it's a decent image quality. Great value for money.

Great Document Camera. Provides clear and bright images, the auto focus is very handy and works well, the adjustable arm provides the perfect angle for any presentation or demonstration. This not only enhances the overall viewing experience but also ensures that my audience gets the best possible perspective. It's a reliable, user-friendly, and versatile tool that has significantly enhanced my work efficiency and presentation capabilities.

This camera is really good value for money. The camera is built into the stand/flexible arm and can be positioned however you want it (i.e. above the document you want to show on the screen). It has a built-in light with 3 settings (dim, medium, bright), and an auto-focus button, also a 'mirror-reverse' button to flip the image. If you're using the camera in virtual meetings e.g. to show documents, be aware that the image on your own screen will appear mirror-reversed, but for the other person on the zoom call the image will appear the correct way around (i.e. the text will be readable for them on their screen, but not for you on your screen). The image is probably not as good quality as some more expensive cameras, but it's very good value for what it is.

The visualiser is plug and play with Windows - you can use Windows' camera app and change the source. It worked straight away. This image quality is good and not noticeably different from the more expensive IPEVO visualisers I use at work. The bendy stalk can be a bit awkward to manoeuvre but I think all visualisers can sometimes be a pain to get them right where you want them. Great value for the price.

I bought this document camera / visualiser as I was struggling to use books with my students online. It is good value for money and super simple to use, just plug it in to a USB port and you are away. The one push of a button auto focus is a really nice and easy to use feature as is the halo light source around the lens which enable you to quickly dim or illuminate what is being shown. The long neck means you can view a double page of a text book with ease.

I was so happy to find a visualiser for home, I always thought they were very specialist pieces of equipment that only schools could afford. It was super easy to get going and makes it so easy to show pages of real books or materials on Zoom calls. I teach languages on Zoom, and was struggling to mount my phone on a boom and select it as a camera, it was always a lot of faff, clipping my phone in, moving it and stopping it from blocking my face on camera or the screen. Using this visualiser made it so easy to just choose that as a camera in my Zoom call and allow my students to look at books or props and for me to show things on a table to interact with. I have an old Mac and it connected so easily. This would be good for teachers, trainers, un-boxings and even for parents wanting to share a book and read with their children when they are away from home. Actually, thinking about it, I'd recommend it for students learning on Zoom for an easy way to show their work to their tutor, homework and notes during online meetings.

I was looking for a visualiser and document camera to use for online art sessions and am very pleased with this product. It is not only easy to use but the quality of the camera is really good and produces crisp pictures which can be used to document the work done. It can also be used for copying documents quickly. Set up is easy and the video explains it all. I would recommend this product to students and professionals.
