These help prevent that burning feeling in the balls of your feet. Like the I was only expecting to work 8 hours and wound up working a double due to circumstances beyond works control. I peeled off the plastic and put these on and it felt like I was walking on a cloud... they reinvigorated my feet enough to work that 2nd shift and then some.Very well made, quality product that I make sure to keep a second pair in my backpack for emergencies... also gave my supervisor a pair because she sometimes needs to cover shifts at a moments notice and has foot issues of her own. Highly recommend getting these.

These will help to a small extent, since they aren’t super thick. They do have a slight cushion if you only need a small amount. I would still recommend them

If you are looking for a thinner foot cushion inserts these are it. It has enough gel to relieve some pain and doesn’t take up much space in your shoes. What’s nice about these is that they are also stackable so you can make it thicker if you choose.

I wanted to love these but unfortunately they made my foot slide more and the glue would move a little bit making the shoe more uncomfortable. These might work on flats or something else that isn’t a heel where your foot might slide.

They're ok. They don't really make my heels much more comfortable but a little bit I guess. I ended up doing 2 on top of each other to help with the cushion but it still didn't really do much but make my shoes tighter.

This is great for when you wear heels and they slip to the front of the shoe. So if you wear high heels I would recommend these

I am in the process of breaking in a new pair of figure skates and these are just what my feet needed! I had a lot of pressure under the ball of my foot to the point where it was painful to be in my skates for more than an hour. Now, while there is still some discomfort with the breaking in process, the balls of my feet are one hundred times better.Note, these are designed for open shoes, so when I do slide my feet into my skates I need to make sure I do not roll the pads. They do a great job of sticking to the insoles but do curl or bunch if you are not careful in closed shoes/boots.I definitely will be adding a pair to a set of heeled shoes too!

I've tried a lot of metatarsal cushions and there are no better than these where you need a thin comfortable gel pad. I have several shoes that need cushioning which must be low profile, and these are just excellent thin gel cushions. There are other foam and clear gel cushions which are similar, but these are really more comfortable.And - the adhesive is so strong. Any other pad would have slipped in the shoe by now but these are firmly in place. Two weeks ago I pulled one pair off and re-applied them, to see if the adhesive would hold. It seemed as strong as ever. After 14 days of wearing, they remain fully held in place.
