LeapFrog Car Adapter

my 5yr old son plays with his leap pad in the car and this is great, cable is long so can fit in a cigarette lighter plug in front of car if you don't have a plug in the back. it fits securely and works a treat. It is going to save me a fortune in batteries. would recommend.

Chose this product as had had a product that did the job but was not LeapFrog and it broke quite quickly. This appears excellent quality and am very please with it. My 6 year old loves the green light that comes on to indicate it is connected to the car battery which is also a safetly feature for those parents who are distracted and forget to unplug it..........

Really useful for long journeys - charges the LeapPad well and has a long lead that reaches into the back of the car very easily. Definitely a good buy if your children use their LeapPad in the car.

Very useful. Love the fact that the wire is super long so anyone in the car can easily use the Leappad (excluding the driver...obviously). Saves tonnes of money on batteries too! Great purchase.

Arrived quickly and charged my daughter's leap pad whilst in the car. The cable is long enough to plug in the front and reaches easily to the back of the car.

Well worth the money. Lead long enough for back seat. Beats always replacing batteries. Ideal for those extra long journeys!!!!!!!

Absolutely essential to have one of these as the batteries last hardly any time at all in my son's Leappad2 so this is brilliant for when we go on long car journeys.

gr8 product! i have just placed an order for another one. never has travelling been so pleasurable. the leap pad explorer car adaptor allows the kids to take their leap pads in the car on long or short trips. plenty long enough to reach the back of the car. i would recommend this product to any parent with kids who own a leappad and want peace and quiet instead of squabbling bored kids in the back seat. Never again will i hear "are we there yet?" saves a fortune on batteries too.

Great option and product, but a bit pricey for the item.

If you have a Leappad Explorer you know by now that Leappad obviously has stock in Duracell. I've never seen an electronic toy burn through batteries faster! I had read mixed reviews on the rechargeable power pak for Explorer so we decided to go "old school" and just get an A/C adapter for home and D/C adapter to use in the car. This has been a lifesaver! The cord is long and I appreciate the light up around the adapter so I easily see that it is working.
