I do a lot at my desk every day so it is important for me to have a really good desk chair. This one ticks so many marks for me. I liked the material, the color, and the stature of the chair. I love that it reclines and has reclinable arm rests as well. I also love how comfortable the chair is and the foot rest is a nice touch. I understand this chair is marketed as being Big and Tall, but the chair at it's lowest position is still SO high off the ground. Because of this, the armrests are higher than my desk so the chair wont push underneath it. I usually wouldn't mind that much but I have a small room and it's hard to get around the desk chair when it refuses to tuck the arm rests under my desk. Kind of wishing I had a rising desk right now.

This chair is by far the best I’ve gotten, It’s the most comfortable with a foot rest that you can slide in if you don’t want to use it then, very easy set up, looks perfect in any office, Has awesome height, settings, and comfort settings, overall this is a incredible chair. For sure five stars.

Unpacking and assembly went fast, about half an hour. I did leave the armrests off as they would always hit my corner desk. I screwed plastic plates to the sides so at least the holes in the seat cushion won't be exposed. Otherwise the fabric could tear, and it looks better that way. Some day I might fashion a holder for the cell phone that bolts to those so I can pick it up while reclined. And maybe a holder for the water bottle on the other side.Not so great: The height range is not sufficient. I am 6'1" and average build yet it won't go high enough for the knees to be at the proper right angle. So I'll either have to buy a different gas spring, taller casters or use a booster pillow to sit on. Also, the plastic "fabric" of the chair does seem thin and not very sturdy. Afraid it might wear out quickly. Suggestion to the manufacturer: Use a gas spring that allows higher seat positions. Look into the fabric they put on bicycle seats. It's also a plastic material, can't be expensive and even on very cheap bicycle seats it lasts many years. Otherwise you've got a great product here.Excellent: The backrest can be dropped to 165 degrees which is much more than the usual reclining office or gamer chair. When I tried that plus pulled out the legrest I almost dozed off, seriously. Very nice for a quick office nap which is why I bought this chair. The backrest size and the pull-out range of the legrest are plenty even for a tall person. Just make sure to set an alarm clock because this chair is so comfortable when reclined that it can result in a deep sleep :-)Long story short, in the fully reclined position with legrest out this chair is more comfortable than the recliner-chairs in our livingroom.Cushioning while normally seated is ok, although a bit soft for my taste. A very heavy person could possibly bottom out. The legrest has a zipper which should allow changing out the stuffing but unfortunately the main seat cushion doesn't have a zipper.There is a slight clicking noise from the backrest reclining mechanism when my back hits the backrest in the normal upright and locked position. However, it is not loud or annoying. Sounds like a clicking thermostat.

I absolutely love this chair. It is so comfortable, it provides great support has lots of soft easy cleaning leather. The padding is is great. Love how the height is adjustable from short to tall . As I am short my spouse is tall..the Reclining function was something I was not sure I would love but being able to do that to help with the long work days is something I am never going to be able to do without. But also the reclining diction help me be able to get it adjusted to were my back is comfortable.. the chair is very well built it’s some cheap chair you would get from Walmart. The assembly was a breeze I had it out together within 20 min some of the instructions with the size of the bolt to use did get a little confusing but very easy to figure out

Very comfortable stylish and good looking chair. Comes with instructions that make it easy to assemble. Nice high back. I work from home and I sit a lot. The chair more than meets my needs

I am 5'5" with a bad back so I bought this chair specifically for the reclining and footrest features. In that regard, I am very pleased! 😃Unfortunately, the arm rests are not adjustable and they are too high for me. This causes shoulder and neck strain from my arms being pushed upward. When I tried to use the chair without resting my arms on it, I felt squished. But hey... it's not the end of the world, right? I just removed the arm rests altogether! Yeah... that was better but it compromised the overall sturdiness of the chair.Unfortunately, returning the chair costs the same price I paid for it so that was a bust.All that being said, the chair was easy to assemble. All drill holes aligned. The back plate that some reviewers complained about was not an issue. After complete assembly (which took about 20 minutes by myself), the chair was stable and sturdy. The reclining feature is awesome! The leg rest (NOT foot rest) is comfortable and easy to use. I just wish it extended a bit farther out.

Let me first start off by saying this chair was shipped to me and had an issue with the shipper. Asa result parts were missing and I couldn’t put the chair together. After working with the seller I received replacement parts and the chair is now together. Very solid build, great materials and seems like it will stand the test of time. Great cushioning and back support. I am happy with the chair.
